The concierge who is from Honduras was so sweet. We lost our passport for a cruise and he spoke with us so nicely. They did find the bag in the taxi which we will be picking up. He was lovely.

Amazing property! Very clean. The staffs are super friendly! Especially Moises , he made us welcome and I called if I can have the room connecting, they gave it right away. Very accomodate!

Clean room and facility; easily accessible to downtown and shopping; shuttle to cruise port for minimal amount. On-site restaurant slightly pricey but convenient.

I didn’t like that the pool closes early. I had a later flight and my children were unable to swim. Most hotel pools close at 10 pm. The view, service, cleanliness, and staff were great!
