DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay

The hotel lobby was a little difficult to find, but there were signs to help direct you. The staff was friendly. The room was great and the view from our balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay again if I found myself in Miami.

Under construction but great location and food options

When we arrived at 11:00 we were told it was a standard room. It wouldn’t be long till they could put us in a room. We waited five hours till 4 o’clock, which was the check-in. Which your website showed us at noon was to check in. When I said something about it, they said we’re having an event. The staff was very unwelcoming and not not helpful at all.

Staff was amazing however we were in a 3br condo which was very outdated, internet wasn’t working, mold, old stains and cracks throughout the unit. Maybe it’s me but I am surprised Hilton didn’t upgrade these units. View however and staff was amazingly beautiful. Cookies was nice and warm!! Construction sucked and some family members complained about their units smelling like poop and bathrooms not being fully cleaned. Overall won’t stay here again.

Staying at the property with the construction was very inconvenient to say the least. The gentleman checking us in was great but the room we were out in for the money was terrible. I think it was the last type of room that we purchased which was a two double bed room with pull out bed. It must’ve been under or right next to pool because the room wreaked of strong chlorine. It was terrible.

Great views and location. Room was very nice; however, the rest of the property was not well maintained.

The staff was great. Very polite and willing to help. The room itself had a great view, but an air vent was loose and partly falling, the sofa was well worn and stained and needed to be replaced. The right sink faucet in the bathroom was loose and needed attention. For the price and name brand I expected more.

My stay was nothing but amazing I wish I could live there in that same room !!!!! You guys rock ❤️❤️❤️

Wasn't clean properly seems like there's some construction going on was it worth the money checked in with the receptionist had a attitude All of it and the bed had hair on it pitiful

Room could have been cleaned better. Did not sit in chair in room under the cushion was filthy it was hot when entered the room a/c wasn't working keep going in and out. The walk to the room was long then had to go up stairs with luggage.

The warm welcome cookies IT IS TIME TO REPLACE THE MATTRESSES!!!!! incredibly uncomfortable. Definitely not worth more than $300 for one night!
