This was such a cool hotel and right downtown Miami in a great location! Staff was very friendly, and a lot of the check in process is done by yourself but it’s very straightforward. The food from the bar area was honestly amazing. We had pizza and nachos and they were both extremely good, and we sat at a nice table right next to the window wall looking at downtown Miami! Also very quick cab ride to the cruise port. This hotel was overall a great experience. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but for one night it did the job. The rooms are very small, but we loved them as they were cozy. A lot of cool lighting features were in the room as well. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel as it was a fun experience and we would stay there again!

The location was good, the amenities were good, everything was clean. One critical issue we had was our AC was not working. We reported it three times and was never addressed or followed up on any of the 3 times reported even though they said they would each time.

Immaculately clean with a beautiful rooftop and friendly staff. Central location next to the trams making travel easy!

Personnel courtois. On peut laisser nos bagages en consigne même après le "chek out" pour aller profiter de la ville. Le buffet-déjeuner est très bien avec du bon café!

Morning room design

This was just the wrong sort of hotel for my husband and I. The bathroom in the room is strange and not really a bathroom. You have to pay for the drip coffee in the morning which feels asinine. I think if you’re 25 and you want something slightly nicer than a hostel, this is for you. Otherwise, you will feel a little too old and a bit underwhelmed. One shining point was the staff. So if you need a hotel the night before your cruise, my advice is to look elsewhere.

I stayed here for only one night. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and check in and out was a breeze. They had several iPad kiosks so several people were able to check in at once which was pretty cool. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or see the rooftop bar as it was a short stay. The hotel is also very close to the Miami cruise port and walkable to restaurants & shopping. The room was simple but clean. My only complaint was the shower was small, not much room to move and the water pressure was weak. Other than that, no complaints. I would stay again and maybe upgrade my room.

My air conditioning didn’t work properly from my first day and I asked them on numerous occasions to have a look and fix it and it was never fixed.

Would definitely make a return visit.

If you want your room cleaned or new towels you have to let them know.

The hotel is clean, staff were helpful and the location is perfect. I would recommend this hotel for all Travellers
