Although, at the time check-in, front desk agent While she was checking us in she started talking to someone else and saying she is “professional photographer”. Maybe because its not part of Chain hotels so the staff training is different. I and my partner felt it to be disrespectful and unprofessional. If microwave amenity was available on request would be amazing. We end up throwing up lots of leftovers. Also, please mention overnight parking and valet charges before or during check-ins for transparency.

The Sunny was a great spot for the the kids to hang out by the beach or swim. Our bartender was amazing.

The only complaint is that we didn’t have more time to stay there.

The hotel exceeded expectations. I was told that they hotel was under refurbishment close to my stay. It didnt in anyway impact our stay. Staff were helpful, place is clean and in great condition. Thanks a lot.

Another disappointing moment happened at the beach area behind the hotel. Some cousins came to visit me while I was staying there, and we were asked to leave that area despite the fact that I had an active reservation at the hotel. The way it was handled felt uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially as a paying guest simply trying to enjoy time with visitors. Neither of these situations ruined the trip, but they did take away from the level of hospitality, warmth, and professionalism I expected. In a hotel where the setting is so lovely, the guest experience should feel just as polished as the property itself.

Staff everything was great. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and everything. I do feel /unnoticed that there’s still a lot of training that needs to be done but overall great experience the environment and the staff.
