Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort

We went here for our honeymoon. We arrived at midnight after everything and we went to our room to find out there was no running water. We weren’t able to move to another room so we decided to leave and get a refund. They were only willing to waive the resort fee but it wasn’t worth it for us. The lady at front desk was nice and the valet parking gentlemen were nice. We most likely will not return.

Hotel was conveniently located and was clean and comfortable. There was not a lot of amenities or food choices, you will need to go out of the hotel for a good restaurant.

Prior to our arrival, I requested champagne and a fruit bowl. The champagne was waiting for us perfectly chilled, and the fruit selection was excellent and thoughtfully placed in the refrigerator. The only minor issue we experienced was with breakfast on Sunday. We ordered breakfast potatoes that tasted as though they had been prepared the day before, and unfortunately, they were not very good. Aside from that small disappointment, every other meal we ordered was delicious, and the service was consistently wonderful. Thank you, Sole, for helping make our anniversary celebration so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

My husband and I really liked the hotel; the staff is friendly, and the décor and cleanliness are wonderful. However, on Saturday night—lasting until nearly midnight—there was a lot of noise from very loud music and people singing on the 5th floor, which made it impossible to rest or sleep. My husband called the front desk, and the employee told him there was an event taking place. It is unfortunate when this happens, especially when you just want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet at a hotel.

We stayed with our family and unfortunately the property did not meet the standards expected from a resort. The biggest concern was a serious sanitation issue: we saw multiple rodents around the pool bar area, including near the counter and utensils area where food and drinks are served. Our children had eaten and consumed drinks from this same area before we noticed the problem, which was very concerning. The property also needs significant maintenance. Several areas show visible deterioration, rust, peeling paint, and lack of proper upkeep. We also experienced discolored water from the faucet. The room comfort was below expectations. The mattresses were extremely worn out, sinking in the middle, with almost no support left, making sleep uncomfortable. We reported the rodent issue during our stay through Hotels.com. Hotels.com contacted the hotel directly and opened a formal request, but unfortunately the hotel did not provide any proper resolution or compensation.

It is walkable to the beach. Pool needs some updating. Restaurant is nice. Maybe add some more to the menu.
