Resort was exceptional. We loved the pool and beach side dining. Breakfast was also delicious and our room and view was perfect. 10/10 experience

I didn’t like the parking is too expensive

The resort is very comfortable. Staff is very kind and accommodating. Nothing bad to say. We had a very relaxing trip.

Unfortunately, this visit was significantly below the standard we have experienced during prior stays. We have visited the property several times in the past and have always considered it a resort destination, but the overall experience has noticeably declined. The main concern was the pool environment. Guests were permitted to bring and play their own speakers throughout the pool area, creating competing, excessively loud music from every direction. At times, guests were using speakers for FaceTime calls as well. The atmosphere became loud, disruptive, and, in some instances, inappropriate for families. We asked a pool attendant why personal speakers were being allowed, and were told that the hotel’s pool speakers were broken. That explanation was surprising. Allowing every guest to create their own sound environment is not an appropriate substitute for properly maintained resort amenities. The adult pool was also disappointing. Children were present in the designated adult pool area, and there were again multiple speakers playing loud music. The experience did not feel relaxing, controlled, or consistent with what one would expect from a luxury resort.

Overall this was a dissapointing stay. I stayed at this hotel because it was a good location on the beach and close enough to the stadium the world cup was plaing. The room was big, view was good and the beach access was nice. However, when we check in the room it had a horrible sewer smell in it. The bathroom was just gross. We asked to change rooms and got a lower floor room. It is never a good experience to have a smelly room. Then my dad and I were really excited to watch the UFC fight and wanted to turn on the chrome cast function on the tv but it didn't work. You couldn't log into any of the apps so we missed the fight. The tech they brought could not figure it out. When we went to the pool area the bar was not open. You could not get any food or drink service from the pool. So many basic level issues with the hotel that it was annoying. I asked for a meal credit or something for the inconvenience and to be honest I should not have to ask. The rooms where like $330 a night. This wasn't a cheep stay so you expect the room not to smell, the tv to work and the pool bar to be open. Pretty disspointing experience overall plus they did not mention the expedia status and no upgrade or anything. It was ok at best... getting close to poor. The size of the room and the beach made up for it slightly.

I had a great experience. Everything was perfect. The smell of the hotel was incredible. Service was amazing. They came and opened the car door every time and didn’t expect tip. Cleaners always wanted to help. In the beach workers were very polite and friendly. I went in June and there are lots of seaweeds in the ocean. The pool was perfect and the weather also. 2 years ago we went in the March and beach was perfectly clear

We came back to stay with our while family. It was sad to see the property was aging and not well kept . Broken floor tile by the elevator 29th floor was not fixed. Carpet to rooms was not kept well, has smell wet carpet odor. I’m not certain if Mr Trump family has ever stayed lately to see the property upkeeps are not up to their standards
