We chose to stay at your facility for our 28th wedding anniversary and it was a terrible experience. We looked forward to using the pool which was closed. We looked forward to having drinks from the bar which ended up being two different types of beer out of a deli box I love Starbucks coffee, and no one there knew how to use the machine I ended up having to get DoorDash and they gave my food to the wrong room number. It was a terrible weekend all around.

Very good

The pool was closed! My son was bummed by that but everything else was good 👍

The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located in a great area. It’s quiet. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I would stay again if needed.

Room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Staff was indifferent

There was black mold in the shower and the entrance is full of huge pot holes. They need to invest in serious maintenance.

The hotel was just ok. Both elevators could have been cleaner. They smelled like a locker room. The room itself was ok. The shower curtain had mold stains on it and there were stains on the carpet. Went down for breakfast and there was no coffee. Came back later and there was. The rooms have a unique design which have some good qualities- two tables, nice coffee bar, real glasses and coffee mugs (big plus!), nice sitting area. Overall, not horrible for the price.

Bathroom was nice but sooo small. The rooms did try to maximize the space for the suite set-up at the expense of a smaller bathroom. Everything else was good though. Had to leave early so missed breakfast.
-
The room was nice, A/C works great but no microwave. Online checkout didn't work. There was only one elevator working. The doorways aren’t very soundproof due to hearing anyone who went thru the hallway. Yet the bed was good, great towels, walk-in shower, good water pressure too.

It is quiet and safe and being in the area of Memphis that's important. Room fine and beds comfortable

Grounds were poorly maintained, the pool was unbelievable the water in the pool had turned green from the algae it was an eye sore. Parking area had visible cracks with water coming out of them. The rooms were very dusty and mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom and every time the toilet was flushed you smell sewer gas which I reported to front desk. Bed lien was dark and dingy. Only one elevator in operation and took forever waiting for the elevator diffidently wasn’t worth the price we paid..

3 things one the pool was closed and was not advertised it was not working ! And second thing was our ac wasn’t working the best it wasn’t as cool as it should have been . And last is I went to the lobby to buy my child a pop tart and had cash the guy working said he does not take cash I said ok well the night before our friend went down to the lobby to buy a bottle water and she paid with cash ? But other than that our room was nice

The room was very neat and properly organized. Just check the bedding before you lay down. The staff at the front desk were helpful. Parking was really good.
-
I liked the clean room, complimentary breakfast. The parking lot had major potholes as you entered the hotel and the room needs a microwave to keep from using a community microwave.
-
The staff was friendly. However, while the room was ok, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned as I could see the hair of the former guest in the tub. Breakfast was ok.

One elevator was out of service. The pool was closed. At least three of the machines in the gym were inoperable. Only one floor had a functioning ice machine. The women’s restroom near the lobby was extremely nasty. We stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to a further destination. We had this hotel booked for our return route as well; however, I cancelled my reservation and booked a different hotel for our return trip.

Nothing The light over my bed did not work the sink was stoped up the pool was closed and the elevator was put this place is not good if you live comfortably
