The staff were wonderful, and the place had a great vibe. The decor was tasteful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the common spaces were very nice. The hotel had a lot of character and felt homey. The bathroom was extremely cramped, and due to the nature of the construction of the house there was virtually no soundproofing. But for the value, I can’t complain.

I loved everything about these property, the staff were so friendly and attentive, breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect you had restaurant, bar, park and family within walking distance. Had hot water, room was clean.

Great staff, great location for Poblado area. Easy walk into Poblado or down the metro station. The breakfast included is very good with lots of fresh juices. The staff couldn’t be nicer. The rooms could be a little loud. Street noise or noise from other rooms could be heard for light sleepers.

Great location, great decor, great breakfast! Very comfortable!! Lonely Planet Colombia guide flight

Excellent and central location that was super easy to get to and from. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful! Would highly recommend if staying here if you’re planning on visiting Medellín. Honestly it was a great stay. If you are looking for somewhere incredibly quiet this might not be for you as the location is quite central. But we didn’t mind as it was exactly what we were looking for.

Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel! Lovely little house in the middle of el Poblado. Could not recommend this more. The staff is soo friendly, so helpful. The breakfast is incredible and gets make every morning by the lovely ladies. The wifi works super well. The place is cozy and feels like a home. You get to meet people from all around the common areas are super comfortable. Would highly recommend! Nothing I didn’t like

Excellent location within walking distance to the metro and lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. The place was spotless and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Breakfast was substantial, with three different options. Special shout out to Nora who was lovely and very patient with our limited Spanish. Bathroom was very small (tricky for my tall husband) and poor soundproofing of the rooms meant you could hear other guests. But generally at night it was fairly quiet.

the people, amazing staff. the room, poor ventilation small tiny washroom

As others pointed out it can be quite noisy when other people talk in the kitchen or come in. We were aware so it didn't really annoy us.

Breakfast was good and location super. Noise on the corridor when people entered the hotel.
-
Great location. Very friendly staff, especially Nora, the lady who made amazing daily breakfast was very sweet. It was all in all very noisy as the rooms were not isolated at all. And apparently, some staff had to have loud discussions every morning at 5am...

It is very loud. We had two rooms because we had to switch after a night. The first room was right by the front door so everyone who came in woke us up. The second was right by the kitchen and people stayed up talking late and then breakfast started early z there’s also not a lot of ventilation in the rooms without windows, it can be very stuffy.

The stay was on par with the value of the property - the pictures are accurate to the rooms and the communal areas are nice and spacious Breakfast was good however staff do not speak English Location was good however it is on a busy road so would not want one of the front bedrooms Bedrooms have no windows so lack natural light and ventilation which unfortunately meant we had mould in the bathroom / water damage on the bedroom wall The staff in the morning are very loud, our room was next to the kitchen so we would be woken at 6am every morning.

Nicely decorated rooms - staff was very accommodating (due to an error we didn't book the room for the right date but we're still given a room for what would then be our first night for the same price). Breakfast was great (can recommend both the pancakes and the Omlet) & wifi worked well. Warm showers, comfy bed and safe location. Everything one needs in the area and accessible by foot. 9/10 Our second room had some signs of water damage on the wall beside the bed - although there didn't seem to be any mold when we stayed there, we tend to be careful with such things. Other than that no complaints and we would still book it again.

Nice staff. Creatively designed space. Good breakfasts. Close to some good restaurants. Rooms are small. Sometimes noisy, but not extremely.
-
Lovely space and lovely staff. Good breakfast. A bit loud in the front bedroom since it's next to the road and the front door. Tiny bathroom.
