Amazing staff

Bed was comfortable but queen size, not king size. Bedroom was impressive just loved the style. The facilities in general were very good. Rooftop seemed better on the pics, as well as the entrance but the bedroom was a 100% fit. Location is also a plus. Breakfast could have been better - it is only fare or I am too demanding (LOL). Only a few options but at least they made it clear from the beggining.

The breakfast was not good. The fact that I paid for a service not provided and the misleading of information. They promised to refund the money, to this day I did not receive the money. It is unprofessional to charge guests for services that were not provided and then fail to process a refund as promised. I do not recommend this hotel to others.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages—it’s close to many malls and convenient pick-up points for tours, which made getting around very easy. The hotel is situated on Carrera 10, which becomes quite vibrant at night with lots of people walking around and plenty of food options nearby, giving it a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Despite the busy surroundings, I always felt safe both inside the hotel and in the area around it. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-located place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others. The walls in the hotel are quite thin, so you can hear almost everything—people walking by in the hall, cars outside, and even music from nearby bars. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to keep in mind. The included breakfast was also fairly basic. There wasn’t a buffet; instead, it consisted of standard options like fruit shakes, eggs, and bread. It was fine, but nothing special. Aside from these two points, the hotel was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay.

The only negative I can think of was the jacuzzi outdoor takes a while to fill up so you need to plan ahead when you want to use it

Proximity to everything! No face towels and didn’t really feel air conditioning
-
The location The breakfast was too simple. Should add some love too that and guest next door are too noisy due to the construction.
-
the bed and pillow are hard
-
The window for the bathroom area. Took away the privacy from the room to some extent. Fridge in the room had no water stocked for us.
-
Staff The toilet was in a small space, making it's use very uncomfortable. We were a couple, but they only put one towel to use.

Not worth the money

Not worth the money.

Better in the pictures. Staff is nice and friendly but the hotel is lacking with the basic cleaning and providing supplies for the stay. Overall it was okay but not worth what we pay in our stay.

The hotel is ideally located just minutes from Calle 10, Provenza, and a wide selection of restaurants and popular attractions. It’s especially convenient for day trips, as most tour pick-up points are at Poblado Park, which is right around the corner. The staff were outstanding; friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Some of them also spoke English, which made communication easy. Kendrick at the front desk was especially helpful, along with the other front desk staff and the woman with glasses (apologies for not remembering her name). The blackout curtains made a big difference for a comfortable night’s sleep, and the smart TV was a nice added convenience. The balcony facing the blue building (facing west) was awesome. We had great views. Get a room with balcony ( we were on the 6th floor) Bed and pillow were comfy There was some black mold like thing on the ceiling, the bath area is separate than the toilet area. The toilet is actually very small. The bedsheets had tiny stains on them. No dinning table in the room, the towels were excellent but some of them had holes in them -not a big problem. The rooms are not sound proof. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons!
