I was really disappointed in the smell, cleanliness, and the appearance of my bathroom. The common areas of the hotel on the first floor smell like rotten egg, or old sewage. The elevators floors were nasty and dirty. The bathroom in my hotel room had several areas that needed to be cosmetically addressed from the tile and grout, smudge stains on the wall. The furniture, arms in the hotel room look worn out should’ve been replaced years ago. I am a Hilton honors member and I will not visit this hotel again.

I've been to quite a few Hampton Inn's and this left a lot to be desired.

There were some rude customers around but the hotel was nice

Great place to sleep. After renting a room for 2 nights I was charged over $5.00 each night just to park at the hotel and that is in addition to the room! Also, nothing is said about this EXTRA PARKING FEE on their website. Is this a "hook and crook"?

We have stayed at this property multiple times a year over the past several years. This was the first time our reservation was "moved" from a king room to a double room because they were overbooked and because we had booked through hotels.com. There was also hardly any parking because there were 3 large trucks pulling long trailers taking up 3-5 spots each.

Superb

The hotel was clean the staff friendly, and we appreciated the shuttle to the airport
-
The staff was helpful. The property has aged and is one of the older Hampton Inns. Good for a quick stay.

The room was run down and stained, from the bathroom wall to the bedroom walls. The shower had a layer of grime on the floor. The toilet had an issue where it wouldn't stop running without adjusting the handle or lifting the lid to manually stop it from running. They also put us in an ADA accessible run, and we have full mobility. If someone with mobility issues needed that room, it wouldn't have been accessible due to persons with full mobility occupying the space. Ridiculous.

Enjoyed the breakfast!

This is definitely an older hotel. The parking area is dark and I probably wouldn’t feel safe if I was alone after dark. The furnishings specifically the chairs in the room are dirty/stained. I probably wouldn’t stay again. The check in was a little chaotic as well, they at first said they didn’t have a room and then offered me a room that was really smelly and the a/c wouldn’t turn on but then they magically had a room after I complained it was just weird. On a good note the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Clean room and hot breakfast

No AC in the first room and had to wait for 45 minutes while they tried to fix it. After an extended wait we were then given another room where the air cut on but none of the controls worked and we found out after the air only cuts on every 3-4 hours. We slept in sweat and abysmal discomfort. We didn’t even stay the second night the thought of having to wait for another room AGAIN or sleep on a sauna was terrifying. Loud bangs all night people screaming and partying. This is NOT A HILTON do not be tricked and stay there. Spent $300 on 1 night of pain.

The carpet in our room was frayed, the towel rod in our bathroom was on the floor, the wall panels in the elevators are cracked. Outside there is litter and full garbage cans and ashtrays. During breakfast the coffee dispenser was empty, they ran out of sausage, the waffle maker is defective, the food service area is cluttered and obviously not regularly cleaned. Finally, we watched the front desk day staff regularly treat customers rudely. Our room keeper was lovely, otherwise this hotel deserves its low scores. I should have believed the previous reviews.

Breakfast was good, but the waffle mix was watered down, they never did get fluffy or rise.

Breakfast was good, but the tables were sticky. The water in our bathroom was shut off at 9:00amish and when I complained at the Desk, he suggested we use the lobby bathroom. After I rejected that, some came to our room and said they had fixed the problem.
