I was rather disappointed that they charge for breakfast now. Not a lot but that was one of the deciding factors when choosing between a full service hotel.

My room was located at the end of the hall, so it was quiet. There was a crying baby I could hear when walking to my room, but once I closed my door it kept the sound out.

The most outstanding feature was the chef and the breakfast. Chef Nell and Edwin were wonderfully welcoming and attentive and the breakfast was great. Other staff were just OK. Reception desk seemed stressed and/or under-staffed. Housekeeping did not attend to our room at all during our 2-night stay and we had to request towels twice. But overall excellent value and would recommend to others.

Advertised airport shuttle but did not have one, pool was chained and locked, my bed was broken, a panel of the bathroom vanity broke off while I was using the sink

It was great, room was beautiful. Only down side was housekeeping knocking and entering at 9am (after a late night at Magooby's) when check out wasn't until 11.
