One of the nights I had to go ask for clean towels and the manager said he couldn’t give me any because it was 10pm? What? The place is not horrible but it’s not a place I would recommend if you can afford something better. It looks like a trust driver rest stop

The room was nice and it was clean. Bed very nice. Window type HVAC is loud. Building in need of renovation outside. Good staff & convenient location.

The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf coffee (and no regular coffee), shampoo and body lotion but no soap, an old TV with poor reception of many channels, a toilet that needed the flush to be held down before it actually flushed, and other inconveniences made the experience of staying there less than stellar. At least one of the front desk staff was very friendly in the sense of being helpful and professional, but, when I asked another one of the staff where I could buy certain supplies, I was told about the Staples ten miles down the road by car but not the Target within walking distance, so the staff did not seem to know the local neighborhood very well. Overall, the hotel earned the two or maybe three star rating it currently has on Expedia, instead of four or five stars -- a cheap place to stay but you only get what you pay for, so to speak.

The pool was nice and clean. The staff was great, very accommodating and kind. The room was in need of repair. Peeling wall paper, water damage. Towels and bedding need replacing, dingy and some had holes. Over all okay, what you would expect for $78 a night.

This location was disgusting. We walked into the room and were repulsed. We switched rooms and the second was just as bad. We immediately left and gave the key back. We never even got a suitcase into a room. The condition of the hotel was horrible and did not match the photos at all. We showed up, but are not staying in rooms with bugs skittering when the light is turned on. I'm shock that we are not able to get a refund (again we showed up, rooms not livable). Hotels.com could not issue a refund either. After almost 20 years I'm ending my use of hotels.com and am never going to try a Wyndham group hotel again based on their attitude of the rooms being horrific not being grounds for any customer service!

I was woken up to a prostitute knocking on my door at 2am offering services.

Selected this place because I stayed there last year and it was a fairly decent place for a very good price. Over the past year, appears to have deteriorated a bit. Presents as a decrepit place in need of a significant overhaul in and out. First room I was placed in, the refrigerator didn't work. When that was brought to staff's attention, I was moved to a different room. That's room's tv didn't work. At some point, I could have been moved to yet a different room, but didn't want to have to pack up and unpack again for a 2nd time. I ended up checking out two days early because, w/o a tv, during the evening there was little or nothing to do so it was extremely boring. Went out to see a movie to kill some time. That ended up costing me $16. Much about the place needs to be updated and/or simply repaired. For example, the toilet was not securely bolted to the bathroom floor, so it slightly rocked back and forth with every sit-down use. The tub was very slippery and presented a definite fall risk, especially as there was no grab-bar. There was trash (a used condom wrapper and plastic bag) left under the dresser the tv was attached to. The biggest factor likely driving the heavy reservation activity for the place is their extremely low rate. That's about all it has going for it. It was a very disappointing stay. At least I was able to get one of the days I wasn't there refunded. Maybe by next year the necessary improvements will have been made.

Once inside, we discovered the electrical outlets on the bed-side of the room were inoperable, as the night stand lamps and alarm clock did not work. When we looked, the outlets were blackened and sooted up, appearing to have been burned some time prior. The carpet was not recently vacuumed and there were two pair of socks, clean, I think, left in the dresser drawer, only one wash cloth and hand towel and hair in the bath tub/shower curtain. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked and we did not have any bed bugs! Yes, by that time, we checked!! If I had not pre-paid online, I would have refused the room, but at 11:30 p.m., on a Friday night, after a day of travel, all we wanted to do was sleep. Despite trying to get some rest, we were "entertained" most of the late night hours by the constant flow of traffic through the hotel. In the morning we realized there must have been some kind of party on premises, as a DJ's van parked directly in front of the front desk entry. What a zoo!! I remember Cockeysville, MD being an upper-middle class area as recent as several years ago. It has apparently become an extension of Baltimore City. NO WAY I WOULD EVER CONSIDER THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Everything!! This hotel is awful. I have never in my life left a hotel that I paid for a knew I wouldn't get refunded. This was the nastiest hotel, looked like a crime scene. Travel Sports Families DONT STAY HERE

The rooms were old & the bathroom had nothing but burned marks everywhere & the room smelled like a bunch of cats were living in the room & a old hotel room was used for a breakfast room nothing like the ad said on the website very disappointed & was a total waste of money & the trip wasn’t worth it in any way
-
Room was musty and smelled aweful I stayed one night and canceled trip and left
-
Very run-down property. The towels and curtains were old & stained. Would not recommend unless you have no other choice.
-
Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells.
-
The rooms were clean and decent for the price. I also felt safe in the neighborhood, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay here again if needed.
-
the morning of your check-in, as not all rooms have them. Breakfast is continental so was just bagels, muffins, coffee and juice and some corn flakes with milk. They were out of Raisin Bran. The breakfast was as advertised: Continental !
