The staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite.

Someone was at front desk. They had mildew in the bathroom & the bed room, sink faucet i opened & several flies flew out from the drain. There were dead roaches on the floor bathroom & bed room. Each bedroom has a mirror positioned in a way that if you don’t stack something against the window, from outside you clearly have a view of the whole room through the mirror and crack in curtain. Front desk could not provide me with a disposable toothbrush. Lobby smelled like Cigars Nasty smell like someone was smoking in office. Several large flies just sticking too ceiling. Then the AC unit made so much noise im glad i carried ear plugs. Worst place ever i will not recommend or return here. Empty soap dispensers WHY??? My videos of empty soap jar could not up. Load.

It was a good stay

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk staff is extremely rude. Check-in time was 3pm. We arrived for check in at 6 pm and my room wasn't ready. My travel companions were charged a $50.00 deposit for their rooms and it was not stated on the site for reservations when the reservatios were made. I, too, was about to be charged a deposit, but made issue about the room not being cleaned and ready for check-in at the appointed time. There were security concerns with disturbances of argumentative people all night long with someone crashing into a car in the parking lot and banging on doors. My travel companions did not get the amount of rest they should have. My room had an insect problem. I had to exterminate two roaches in the bathroom and bedroom area. My key to my room didn't work. I went to the front desk to get it re-keyed. The man at the front desk loudly and rudely let me know check out was at 11am before begrudgingly re-keying my card. It was 10:30. I let him know I was aware and wanted to retrieve my belongings. I did not want to stay there another minute.When I returned to complete check out, I let the front desk staff know about the bug problem, and the same rude man pointed for me to place my key in the check-out bin. The front desk doesn't care and did nothing to address the concerns of guests. This was my first and last stay at the Red Roof Inn. My recommendation: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Nothing. A surprise security deposit which is as not mentioned in the booking. Dead bugs on floor, gunshots woke me up out of my sleep. And last but not least, the staff was very rude to my travel companions and myself when we checked in.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes. Our room didn’t have hand soap or body wash. There was a long dark hair on one of the hand towels that did not belong to us.

Our room toilet was sluggish, then was completely clogged. I talked to Noah, the front-office staff, asking for it to be unclogged while we are out. When we returned 4 or 5 hours later, no work had been done. When I talked again with Noah, he said there was "no mechanic" working today (a Sunday). I asked for a different room. It took 3 hours for him to get us another room. Also, the motel was basically for transients and drug addicts.

the AC/Heat was super loud and my boyfriend and I thought it would blow up,they didn't have a mini fridge or microwave in our room and it would have been nice to have one without having to pay more

Nothing It’s dirty everywhere and it smells so bad.

The location was great The staff needs to pay more attention to requests I'm still waiting for a refund fir a booking I paid for ..then was charged again. Saying they refunded me due to an error..still waiting???? I booked through Bookings com they have no record of a refund
