Really nice hotel. Good location.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved my cozy queen room - it was clean and well-appointed. I slept great on the bed. I had made an error on my reservation, and Angel at the front desk was extremely helpful. I really appreciated it. Would stay here again for sure.

Cozy queen does indeed mean cozy, small, tight. I have stayed here once before and enjoyed a wonderful stay in a king room on a higher floor. However, when I checked in this time I was told that my “cozy queen” booking would only get me as high as the 4th floor. I wish this was more clearly articulated in the booking process. As a solo traveler, I’m ok to stay in a smaller room and queen but this room was so small, the bed was turned at an angle to fit. What’s more I was also next to the elevator. The co-working space is nice and overall I do like the property but it was disappointing to have such a subpar (small, dusty, and shabby) room after having such a great stay last time.

Hotel is great, awesome restaurant options in the hotel as well for breakfast and dinner. We also did the robot massage they have on-site which was pretty cool. Street is loud outside (no fault of the hotel) so request a higher room or bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Staff were uninterested at best which was the only real downside to this hotel. Surrounding area is also not very safe for a solo traveller so beware where you walk.

I would definitely stay again Also, in the fashion District near all the alleys and streets of fun kiosks and shops. Five minute walk.

LOVE THE HOXTON. Best hotel! Food is great, staff are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and classy. Central location, easy to get to, and I’ve even used their Aescape robot massage as a great way to wind up the day.

Excellent choice on menu, good-sized portions, really tasty and beautifully presented. Service was a little slow - perhaps more staff needed. But very friendly and helpful servers.

Inside the hotel looks nice and clean. Theres nearby clubs and venues, which will disturb your sleep.
