Close to everything!

I always enjoy staying at stile!

The only issue was that it wasn't easy to get hot water consistently. Also, the hotel does not offer self-parking, and overnight valet parking costs $55. I think this should be clearly disclosed in the hotel listing so guests know what to expect before booking.

Not good

The rooms are clean and nice. The water never gets warm, and the rooms aren’t sound proof so you hear all your neighbors. The coffee in the lobby is not good so I’d go elsewhere if you want a coffee

clean, private atmosphere. staff is friendly & helpful
-
Service was consistently mediocre to poor. The front desk, bar, coffee shop, was often unmanned, forcing guests to wait or hunt someone down. Staff seemed disengaged when they were around, and simple requests went unanswered or took far too long. The whole place has a weird, rundown feeling once you get past the initial impression. The pool is basically a large hot tub that’s been marketed as a pool with cold water. If you’re just looking for a place to crash for one night and don’t need much service or amenities, it might do the job for the price. But for anything longer or if you value responsive staff, I’d look elsewhere. It’s a classic case of style over substance. Gym was good though. Would I stay again? Probably not.

The room is also clean and fragrant and pretty cozy. If anything a little on the cold side but given how hot it was, I welcomed the cool.

Oldie but Goldie (with a modern touch) loved the old and new….fab hotel Nothing all was good

Thank you STILE DTLA! I💙LA xox

didn't receive the room i booked - i booked a room with a bathtub and the entire reason for my visit was to relax in the bath. there's no staff onsite and no instructions for how to reach someone. the rooms are nice and very clean and the location is perfect. there isn't so much as a soda in the room, though, so bring a snack and drink if you're going to get hungry or thirsty and want more than tap water.

The most impressive quality of this hotel is its staff who are immediately welcoming and friendly. Everyone who worked there seemed to really care about their service and made me feel like I was coming home every day greeted by friends. I had a ton of leftovers from takeout from the taco truck around the corner (which one of the desk attendants recommended) and another lovely gentleman was kind enough to walk me down the street to find a houseless person to gift the food to. Everyone working the front desk went out of their way to have real conversations with me which I truly enjoyed. The hotel itself is quirky in a good way with historical features but maintaining modern conveniences. It's centrally located to many DTLA places but also didn't feel like crowded and loud city streets. The parking situation is a little confusing but they just started valet service a few weeks ago and are going through some learning curves there. I highly recommend the Stile and will stay again if I find myself back in DTLA.

Staff was fantastic. Complementary face masks were definite bonus.
-
Friendly and helpful staff, great location with easily accessible dining options and parking availability if not wanting to opt for valet.
-
Parking is tough. Some right next to hotel $35 cash only. Safe there. Other garages are a couple of blocks away and not as safe (by reviews)

I stayed solo for the Ariana Grande concert and I completely enjoyed my stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, I had a small issue with my shower knob being too hard but it was quickly resolved! The rooms were stylish, clean and comfy, I loved the face masks. Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

The room was newly renovated that combines a retro and modern feel. I also loved the Korean bath products and face masks in the rooms; along with the slippers it made me feel pampered.
