I had to make three separate trips to the front desk because the TV remote wouldn't work. Despite their attempts, the issue was never resolved, so I wasn't able to use the TV during my stay. To make matters worse, after taking a shower I discovered the room only had small hand towels and no full-size bath towels, which was very frustrating. Overall, the lack of customer service and attention to basic guest needs made for a poor experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice clean place. You get sent an e-mail with a code to access the front door and room - no staff on front desk. No cups in room or on premise so bring your own. But clean and functional - would recommend it …

This was a self serve hotel which was not what the hotel advertised themselves as. The place was clean, however a couple of lights were broken/ didn’t work, the walls were PAPER thin, you could hear stomping, talking, and tvs from all sides. Although the balcony did have a nice view the overall room was super confined and not what was advertised.

They need to clean under the bed and sweep more thoroughly i found a piece of glass on the bed that cut my partner on her knee as she was going to lay on it. And there should be a bigger sign on how to check in, since there is no staff on site.

Not a great experience. When booking it does not mention there are rarely any staff on site and they aren’t in any kind of uniform. Our room had no towels upon a late night arrival and the only way to contact the staff is through messaging. Didn’t get towels dropped off until after 10am the next morning. Safe needed batteries, never got new ones despite two messages. Huge pile of dirty towels left in our hallway for over 12 hours. Just empty we apologize for the inconvenience nonsense. Views are nice and decent location but if you want any modicum of service or a 24-hour front desk look elsewhere. We certainly will.

Check in was an absolute pain. Took 30 min. Then, my room door was open when I got there. I never received the code to get in, even after multiple requests from the customer service phone support. Room had flys and bedsheets had a dirty spot on it. View, however, was amazing

Location Not great service, I had to call to get the check in code. TV didn’t work one the night lamps didn’t work either. No instructions for check out. No WiFi code provided

didn't like the manager Avinash answer to me when I asked if they had cups as they had run out and told me if I go but them he would reimburse me. other than that they staff was incredible

Mark was awesome. his help during our stay was outstanding, and made our days there so much better. highly recommend the hotel and will be going back.

This is not a hotel, it is advertised as a hotel but it is not. It is not staffed and the management is not responsible or accountable for the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service. I came to the place, found the room dirty and open, no staff at the lobby and a code to enter that was not even needed because I walked right in, no security on premises, nobody in the building. I decided not to stay there and left the building and sent them the pictures of the condition of the place and they still refused to issue a refund. Poor management practices.

We made a reservation and paid in full ahead of our visit. When we arrived, the room was filthy and inhabitable. We had to stay at a nearby hotel. And we were not the only guests who had this experience, almost everyone we met in the hotel had similar experience. We had filed follow-up requests, complaints and eventually a request for a full refund as the hotel was unable to accommodate us. But we have not heard back from anyone so far. Horrible hotel, run.

Spacious, modern, confortable rooms, in an environment both quiet and super conveniently located. Amazing value. Didn't see a single staff member during my stay - and no phone number available, access to support is done through a QR code. Also bedroom floor had not been mopped before we came in (and wasn't after we flagged it). All the rest was clean though !

I really enjoyed the location, which was very convenient for exploring NYC. The room was also clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service from Sonder was extremely poor, and my issues were never properly addressed. From the first night, I reported that the air conditioning was not working. The room stayed extremely hot, I was sweating all night, and I even got sick because of the uncomfortable conditions. I contacted customer service more than 10 times during my two-night stay and asked to be moved to another room, but they did not provide any solution. The property manager also told me that the room was just like that and that nothing could be done. Overall, I was very disappointed and was unable to enjoy my stay because of this unresolved issue.
