Staff was friendly and kind

Clean, simple, unassuming and practical property at a reasonable price. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and good. Very convenient access to the subway station under 5 minutes walk.

Hotel staff was nice. Need decaf coffee at breakfast. Also the bed was way to hard. It was like sleeping on the floor.

We came from Michigan during the beginning of summer. The hotel is right smack in the middle of Long Island City with a ton of food options, dominantly Asian which was awesome. Amazing area, went on plenty of walks or getting back from the city real late and we never felt in danger or cautious. Breakfast is good nothing crazy but gets you started for the day and that’s all that counts.

Did the job very nicely for a 1 night stay. Brilliant location to the subway which will get you into Manhattan in about 20 minutes, and the free breakfast with a a decent selection of hot foods was a bonus.

This place is in a very sketchy area, looks so ghetto but the inside was nicer than what the outside looks. The staff was rude but this is my first time to NY and maybe that’s how they all are. My flight got delayed an entire day and I called to see if I could change my reservation and they wouldn’t let me so I paid for the entire night before even though I wasn’t going to be there until the morning, when I got there in the morning the man was rude and said what do you need, I said I’m checking in and he said we don’t have any rooms! I said well my room was supposed to be ready yesterday so I assume it would be ready. He didn’t bother to look my reservation up before being rude to me about trying to check it at 7 am. Also they called me promptly at 11 the next morning to check out, as if I hadn’t already just paid them an entire night for free at an ungodly rate for the place. On a good note, breakfast was good, a lot of options and the room was clean.

Nothing really A person being accosted at the breakfast for try to leave with a banana. Embarrassing. I asked for milk for my coffee and was told no, milk only at breakfast time, all the while I am looking at plenty of milk in their fridge. It was absolutely disgusting.

The staff may not seem overly friendly at first, but whenever we needed assistance, they were always kind, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good. There was a nice variety of options—nothing fancy, but everything we needed. The breakfast area was well organized, and even during the busy morning rush, the staff kept everything well stocked and running smoothly. We were able to check in early, and because we had a late flight after checkout, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. The hotel is located in a very nice, safe area and is only about a three minute walk from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The only improvement I would suggest is expanding the lobby area or providing a larger common space where guests can sit, relax, or spend time outside of their rooms. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Great hotel, easy to navigate. Breakfast had a lot of options, staff very helpful
-
Location excellent close to subway and local shops, easy to get to from JFK, the room is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful Vending machine currently out of order, however the breakfast room has free water and ice all day round

Conveniently located just a few minutes from the train station. Great value for money and a good breakfast. None

The hotel room was comfortable, clean and had a modern bathroom. The fridge microwave and coffee machine was also useful. The breakfast that was included had a lovely range of options including cooked eggs. There was a shuttle service to the airport. If you have a car, you would need to organise your own overnight parking.
-
Great location for sightseeing, only a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The room was clean and comfortable, the price was reasonable, and the breakfast was good. The surrounding neighborhood was not the nicest, especially at night, but overall I had a pleasant stay.

Proximity to Manhattan is great. Other than the entrance and reception area the place was clean and in good order. Street parking will save you a bundle. Wow! A hotel room with really good lighting. The entrance and reception are really shabby. On arrival we were really worried but everything else was very tidy and clean. The neighborhood, taxi repair and storage, is also unattractive but the next block is fairly posh apartments. The mattress was really firm.
