It was such a nice property. Great location. Away from the strip but not too far. Room was very stylish and bed super comfortable. Staff was so friendly. Checkin was prompt. I would definitely stay here again. Next time I want to stay longer and get in the pool and check out the other amenities.

I think the staff is better and more helpful on the weekends than the weekdays. It took forever for me to get a cup of ice at the Kassi restaurant and the service was very dry and not welcoming. I went back the next day and had a better experience. The facility is clean, the food at One Steak is disgustingly over priced and horrible. The steak was the worse grade possible and my friend had mush for her filet. Not tender pure mush! My ribeye tasted like IHOP steak definitely was disappointing for a steakhouse. Lucia margarita for happy hour is not good at all. Their food was mediocre. Nobu was excellent loved it! Service was impeccable.

It’s a very nice resort, I don’t like that all the pool areas are gated and you have to always have your key to get in to all the areas. You also have to have a key to operate the elevators. Other than that it is a beautiful resort

Amazing Stay

Clean room, clean bedsheets . Pools have plenty of drunk people. If you aren't drinking alcohol it is can disturb you.

We enjoyed our suite and amenities here at the Virgin Hotel. We wished there were more table game options during the day. Pool was refreshing but cabanas were pricey.

My favorite hotel got the price…I always love my stay….comfortable beds…pools are fantastic and beds are a dream. I love being off the main area and having a little space away from the crazy of Vegas. Close to airport and the Sphere. 10/10!

The hotel is nice

My room was facing a parking garage roof top and retail stores & restaurants. The Virgin is located off the strip and I did have to take a taxi to and from all of my activities. I don't gamble so I don't really care for the casino. It's still smokey in there, but I have to walk through it to get to my tower. I like to go to the Funny Library for coffee - just a cup of drip, nothing fancy, but not outrageously expensive for a cup of coffee. This was my second time to stay there. My room was a standard king. The room could have been a little bit cooler. I was trying to get the thermostat down to 69 degrees. I like to sleep cold and have air circulating while I sleep.

Very good overall value. Great room, quiet and comfortable. Nice view. Well maintained. Our second time staying here and you can’t beat it for the price.

Arrive early to get good seating. Outdoor pool is nice as well as the casino.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the A/C didn’t seem to get as cool as we would have liked, even after lowering the temperature. One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is that the hotel never feels overcrowded like many of the properties on the Strip. It’s so much more relaxing, and this trip we brought friends with us who commented on the same thing—they loved that it wasn’t wall-to-wall people and said they were really happy with the hotel choice. The family pool area is fantastic, and the covered bar/lounge area is the perfect place to escape the Vegas heat while still enjoying the pool atmosphere. We also love the 24-hour pizza spot—it’s always a great late-night option. They serve a solid breakfast until 11 a.m., and on our previous visit we really enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant as well. Overall, Virgin offers a much more laid-back Vegas experience without sacrificing comfort or amenities. We’ll definitely be back!
