Alexis Park All Suite Resort

Ive stayed here a few times. And it's always a nice time. The rooms are clean. The bath is a nice soaking size is my favorite part. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is conveniently near restaurants and stores.

Good experience, helpful staff, convenient location, only had parking issues once due to party happening on resort.

The stuff was very helpful in solving a problem. The room was basic, but clean overall a little bit too noisy (the airport is close).

It was nice place, but the floor was in different places a little filthy

The building is rundown disgusting. They do not maintain outside a lot of bugs everywhere the rooms are old and dirty.

Night one of our three night stay the bed was broken so we had to pull the mattress to the floor to sleep. In the morning we moved to a new room in which we immediately noted the fire alarm was beeping. Called maintenance to come change the batteries. Settled into room and noticed the room was getting hot (Vegas in June, big concern) noted the A/C unit was blowing room temperature air. Called the front desk, let them know we were heading to the pool and please have looked at, giving permission to have them come in the room while out. 4 hours and 4 phone calls later, after 10 pm we were told we would have to move rooms or deal with no a/c because maintenance wasn’t coming. Moved into another room, end of the second day after finishing up at the pool one of the guests heads into the bathroom to take a shower and the shower faucet is broken. Maintenance came and said the faucet should have never passed inspection it was leaking and could not be used. Asked manager to just let us use bathroom in another room to avoid changing rooms again. Manger was rude and made us change rooms again. Mind you we not only changed rooms we changed building ever time. So three nights and three building/room changes. I missed time with my family, to over see maintenance and front desk and changing rooms

This places need more attractions and for sure more garbage can to throw your trash .

It was an amazing stay the staff were wonderful very spacious and comfortable just like my home thank you all , I'll be back again.

The room was bigger than expected and my kids loved the pool!

Perfect location, dog friendly and the rooms are pretty spacious . This would be my 4th time staying.

It was a pleasure staying at Alexis Resort; my family and I really enjoyed our stay in such a pleasant and clean environment!

Uptight about check out considering our room was not clean when we checked in. 7 dead roaches was the icing on that cake.

Location is awesome, 10- 15 minute walking distance to the strip. Free parking which is a plus. Easy check in and check out. Our room was a disappointment. Seemed like it had recently had work done to it. There was a lot of white dust on the furniture and floor. Paint footprints on the carpet. Bathroom seemed like it had not been cleaned. Hairs in the tub and sink. Looked like there was pee on the wall. Just because of the location and decent price, I might give it another try.

Room was very spacious

We arrived & our air conditioner wasn’t cooling & a simple call to the front desk & it was fixed with in 30 minutes. The room was very spacious & clean. It is an older resort, so don’t expect brand new. We felt safe & happy on our visit. One of the pools was closed for maintenance our trip, so the 2 that were open were very full. I appreciate the on site laundry too.

Good place to stay specially if your are a group. Big spacious room.

Clean room, bedding and towels were fresh and clean. Conveniently located, great amenities for an extended stay.
