Staff nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast

I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. There was one working elevator and it takes forever to come. They serve the same breakfast every morning and the oil was lot in the food. Out of the five days, my husband and I only ate breakfast for two out of the five days. Eating eggs every morning will increase people’s cholesterol; especially, they add a lot of oil in the food. I was to request a new room because the room smell like sewage. The smell was unbearable. Their system was down so I hope I do not overcharge for the hold they place on the card. They only provide one room key and we were informed once the system is back up, we will get another one, which never happened.

We were in the weekend time. It felt as if the hotel was totally booked and the breakfast service was not good. I suggest you take care of that.

Hotel was fine for one night. Pretty outdated though. Served its purpose. The $40/night parking as a paid guest was literal highway robbery

I love that the property is across the street from the university as my daughter is incoming freshman on the Danceteam upon arrival at midnight, we were welcomed by the most terrible woman at check in! she was unkind, non-friendly and non-welcoming Driving over four hours to get to our destination, only to be greeted in a very condescending way did not let us sleep well And when the property charges $40 to park the car per night Where everybody else like the Venetian and the MGM are under $20 Explain this one to me lol

I enjoyed this location it super clean, everyone was friendly.The am front desk ladies were a joy and the bar tender was kind.The breakfast was so enjoyable. I found stain on my bed when first arrived sure moved me.However,the accommodation could have been upgraded room and extended stay not whole but late check like 2pm.
