Our room was cleaned daily, linen and supplies were replenished daily. We did not have any meal at the hotel (we had different plans) but their prices are pocket friendly. I love the fact that they have no hidden charges. A wonderful place to stay, pretty close to the strip and the airport.

3 stars on staff just the first day I arrived the person who took care of our check-in seem like little bit rush and not friendly (mayb long day) Overall good

Almost everyone we came in contact with at the Palace Hotel was exceptional with their customer service, particularly in the cafe we had some amazing servers who were upbeat every morning. Parking was easy and we felt the amenities provided were what we expected. The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room, but aside from that we feel that the property more than met our expectations.

Clean property. Good, overall.

The staff were all courteous, friendly and exceptional. The room was clean but we didn't like the fact there wasn't a mini fridge in the room. I couldn't save any of my leftovers from eating out.

Exceptional

Really enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is very friendly and responsive to requests. The breakfast is excellent. I was caught of guard on the rental of eminities such as the microwave and refrigerator. My medical condition requires refrigeration of my medication. The next visit will include the requests in the booking. I will return as I enjoyed stay at Palace Station the most.

Convenient location, free parking, helpful staff

Pool is small but is in immaculate shape . Staff Nikki and Brenda made our day . Restrooms at pool are ice cold and super clean. Mama china restaurant is outstanding . Loved the wing place in the food court. Steakhouse was ok. The whole place has been renovated since I saw it last and they nailed it . Amazing updated look but still has the classic Vegas charm.

I like the casino , I like the room but the thing that I could not bare inside the casino was the cigarette smoke it made me sick with a headache, I had to stop playing and go back to my room.

Great value, the restaurants are delicious and diverse, gambling here is fun. Rooms are specious and very clean.

Everything was upgraded, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Would definitely recommend and return.

Old even after remodeling. Asked for King room early check in, no early check in , no king room. Queen room by the elevators

We enjoyed the Oyster Bar and Lindo Michoacán. Every thing was good
