Yes but wish there was a coffee pot in the room

Clean, smelled amazing. Helpful staff.

Usually stay here all the time but this time around was a horrible customer service experience. Rooms were not fully cleaned, dusty, and stains on walls. Staff promised to make things right, but received no response throughout the entire stay. Pretty sad about the outcome and how I will have to look for a new hotel to stay at moving forward.

One day, there were no face cloths. I called and no one ever came by. When I called for these things, I was talking to an AI generated person and this did NOT help at all. The Resort fees are ridiculous!
-
It was not clean at all, especially the shower area. bedsheets had holes.
-
The pools and the service was great and so many restaurants to try.
-
Amazing and clean rooms. Pools were amazing as well as staff. Food was great for the most part. The hotel floor we were on was quiet. Casino was fun. Would definitely stay here again.
-
The location a bit far from the shops and tourist area, but if you like walking not a problem at all. If you just want a room to stay, at a reasonable price this hotel is good,

Everything was excellent!

The rooms were clean and the staff were great. Be prepared to pay $150 a night for incidentals that they’ll hold on your card, plus all the resort fees and taxes.

I booked this trip through Expedia. I wouldn't mind coming back to Hilton Resorts World. It is clean and not as crowded and I like it this way. I did have daily credits to use but it was too confusing on how to use it. Other than that, hotel is impeccable.

Clean room and very friendly staff

Outstanding service and amenities

Thank you for upgrading us to the higher room with the strip view. The person(s) at the front desk at check in (and at check out) were helpful in every way, by recommending restaurants, helping us store luggage, extending our checkout time and making sure all of our concerns were addressed. Would definitely stay here again. Great pools, lots of dining options, great location. Had a relaxing weekend!

Great place to stay but does not have any room service. Very clean and great location.

I felt this hotel was just average not really luxury I've stayed in Marriott hotels that were a lot fancier was not happy about the $400 hold on my credit card for what the room I had had hair on the floor hair in the shower and the hot water didn't work if you look around there is a lot of dust like no heavy cleaning is done those Dusty boxes of snacks that they are trying to charge you for is ridiculous if you have a kid in a room and they accidentally knock it off that sensor and it takes you more than 30 seconds to put it back they're going to charge you.
-
It is a far star property in everyway. But be careful about eating the snacks in the room. They're extremely expensive.

Exceptional experience
