Peaceful, great environment to get work done and hold meetings. Zero hassle in and out the hotel

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice amount of storage. Good restaurants and cafe. Enjoyed our free breakfasts great portions and options.

Our stay was nice, modern style, but our shower head was terrible. Vary disappointing with how nice looking of the bathroom.

Lack of food options keeps this from being a near perfect review. They have a chophouse sign but it’s not operating, leaving one place for bar food. Awesome bathrooms even in the std room though and staff was pretty good. Another thing was a sign saying check in is on first floor but it’s not.

Excellent Location, Clean Rooms and amenitie areas, Very Friendly staff!! The breakfast at American Sports Bar was excellent!! Enjoyed my stay here.

We have stayed in Vegas many times and this is the best place to stay!! The location is excellent for getting around. Easy parking in and out and no charge for parking. The bfast is excellent every morning. You have 4 great options in the restaurant. Loved having no casino or smoke smell and it's so easy and quick to go from your room to get food or to go to the car or grab a slice of pizza. Small exercise room but it had 2 elypticals and a bike and weights. I will stay here every time!!

- Overall, we like this hotel because it's quiet (no casino inside) safe, convenient location and best of all, a complimentary breakfast for 2 and NO PARKING fee. A rare find in Vegas, IMHO. - With all the amenities as described, what's not to like? Would definitely stay here again.

We had a 2 double beds room. It was nice, clean. Not fancy, shower was a little odd in that it had no door or curtain, low flow...but it was fine. Pink windows are weird, but not a big deal for me. Property was clean, had a nice restaurant and pizza place on bottom level - very good food!...in my opinion. Staff was nice, property was close to most things, since it was located kind of in the area between 'the strip' and downtown Las Vegas. Not frilly at all. No casino, no sportsbook, small gym (3 cardio machines, 1 dumbell, stretching machine)...but in a way that was nice for us so it kept us from having those 2am casino nights that 'can' happen when staying where you have a casino 'in' your hotel 🎰. Security was very obvious - at ground level of hotel and in parking structure - which was nice since it is in a semi 'iffy' area...a bit of an industrial area that is dead at nighttime. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially if you can get a good price for a stay... No parking or resort fees are a HUGE plus, as well as central location. At current prices I'd stay If they are charging at or less than $80ish p/night (especially if you can get free breakfast, dining coupons). If more, a Best Western or equivalent might be better

The room was very clean. There’s ample toiletries in the bathroom. Shower was really nice. Breakfast was really good. Easy access to the hotel from the parking lot. Weill for sure come back.

Love this place! Clean, comfortable and the comp breakfast is outstanding!
