my trip was awesome if i can say anything negative. is be aware of the bathtubs while taking a shower the tub where so slippery my daughter fell in the tub all i heard was a big thump she slipped in it and say it was slippery we talk to staff in house keeping and they gave us towels to put inside the tub other than that casino was good and the casino machines gave and took lol.. but had a fun ..

Everything was good and yes we did have breakfast at the stras restaurant a bit pricey !

I have stayed here several times and have no complaints really. I come often with my daughter in sports and need an affordable place to stay a couple nights. I do wish the pool was open later! We got in late afternoon Saturday and we were disappointed when we went down at 7 to find it had just closed. Not sure why pools in Vegas close so early. Great maybe for the night life people … sad for families with children looking to finish an evening with a swim before bed!

Very clean basic room happy for what I chose

I booked 4 newly renovated rooms at least a month in advance and once I arrived to check in, all 4 were not available... so we got downgraded and were told the rooms would be ready tomorrow however because of the event we were attending, I wasn't able to check out at 11am like they wanted since I was gone at 8am ish. We were given the option to get those rooms during the week and were given passes to go on the roof for the view as a way to say they were in the wrong but it could of been better... Casino wasn't too full and did not see anyone winning anything for the whole 4 days I was there. My experience could of been better.

It was a good place to stay for the cost. The area was close to the main strip, in walking distance to many attractions and the local area.

Rented 2 room, When I checked, they asked if I wanted to up grade for $30 dollars/ room to new renovated rooms. They looked nice, my room the A/C was not working ,Discovered late at night once we settled in. A/C came at 11pm could not fix askedto call to get another room, they has no more adjacent rooms. It was miserably hot all nite. Unsat. Room.service got threatened 10pm. Super late, understand about them bieng busy. The upgrade had a fridge thay didn't cool until a day and half later. The coffee make had no were to plug in, it was inexcusable. Had to plug it in the bathroom. There's no fan to circulate the steam from the shower. We did not get refills on soaps and shampoos and conditioners. The parking lot was full of trash i saw the same trash for a few days in the place. Dirty foot prints all over the garage over head. Pool was good. You have to pay extra for parking also. Machines were good won a few bucks not alot, but kept me entertained for a while.

Very old rooms. Dirty at the. Check in. Keys will not scan. The hotel postponed the Ameficas 250 anniversary event to Sunday instead of Saturday when we already supposed to leave. Not fare. Not happy from this time trip. High likely will not come back to stay here.

We got to our room and it smells like sewer. At first the receptionist explain to us that we could upgrade for 40.00 per night for a room that was remodeled cause it was better then the old rooms. I ask why they didn’t let Expedia know so customers wouldn’t be surprise 😳 I only suppose to paid 113.00 but end up paying more for the room. Also, they didn’t came a clean our room after I call them & they said I can bring you towels & the guy that came to deliver the towels said he was going to let the housekeeper manager know about the room hasn’t been clean. I said at least the sheets. They didn’t do it. 3rd they charge my credit card for $150.00 for deposit. I was so disappointed. ☹️

My keys nor did the keys of the two rooms across from didnt me work. Went to get it fixed was talked down to by staff about it claiming I just didn’t know how to use the key properly. Security came up had to show ID and he couldn’t get master key to work either called for manager to come up once there he finally got it and said I needed to go down stairs wait in line again and get new room had been told before whole 6th floor was messing up. Myself and other 2 groups had to all get new rooms was told we could go relax in old room then go down to change it but why? Went downstairs and the manager hadn’t told anyone was all news to them checkin process took over 2 hrs and was infuriating. Horrible first experience with the Strat

Not close to strip a lot of homeless people near by so very scary to walk around the area
