    We used the pool and rented a water daybed and the staff there as well as the servers around the pool were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The extreme wind caused the pool to be closed early the day we rented the pool bed but the Manager offered a solution that was more than satisfactory. The room was lovely with huge floor to ceiling windows showing a beautiful view of the Sphere and slightly overlooking the pool. The shower was amazing and the bed and pillows were legendary. We had a really wonderful dinner at Mother Wolf, so I would recomend that. We are not big gamblers but felt the Casino was lacking in energy. If you are looking for a super energized in hotel casino, this might not be your place. When checking out we found that there were errors on the bill, related to daily food and beverage credits that were not applied correctly. The manager on duty at the front desk did correct that - but if we had not looked closely, we’d have been overcharged by about $300. For us that’s a lot! So just look closely at the bill. Overall a great getaway, and would stay here again.

    This is my first visit to Las Vegas. Staying at Fontaine Bleau was suppose to be a wonderful experience in a new resort. The opposite was the reality of my stay. The staff were not welcoming and did not explain the resort and the locations of amenities. Pool staff avoided serving us; stating that they would bring us a clean menu then never returned. Prices were not clearly stated for reserved area ie cabanas and pool seating. As though they were pricing out some guests based on staff discrimination. I would not stay here ever again.

    This hotel is amazing with endless opportunities. We chose this hotel for a weekend of concert fun. The hotel was sleek, clean, and modern. The pool was crystal clear, an even with some crowding remained fun for everyone. The bar snacks and drinks were a plus. We also had dinner at the Tavern restaurant, and the food was prepared well. Overall, this was an amazing stay.

    The staff and casino floor is nice, the added security at the elevators was a good touch. However my room that I got upgraded to was dirty. I figured the cleaning staff would catch it during clean ups but it never did. Dirty glasses left, gross stains on floorboards looks like nicotine. Everything smelled like bleach super strong in the bathroom. Probably won’t stay here again. Also charging me 1100 dollars for a reservation and they charging me another 850 at check in. Make sure you have the extra money and don’t rely on Expedia entirely to book your trip. That extra 850 is forgot a lot by people including me and could have ruined my vacation.

    Everything about this stay was top tier! From the valet service to the front desk staff, everyone was welcoming and professional. The building smelled amazing, the décor was beautiful, and everything was exceptionally clean. The room was spotless and comfortable, with an incredible view of the Sphere. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

    Unfortunately, the room experience kept this from being a higher rating. While the room looked clean at first glance, there were numerous issues that should have been caught before check-in and during daily housekeeping. We found trash and spilled snacks left in a corner by the window, hair in the shower drain, gum stuck to the room phone, a damaged bathroom counter, a dirty clothes steamer covered in lint and residue, and a floor lamp that did not function properly. The toilet was never cleaned during our stay, and many of these issues remained even after housekeeping visited. The hallways were also disappointing. Trash and drink containers often sat outside guest rooms for days, including one left outside our door for three days. Many room doors on our floor were heavily scuffed and worn, which felt out of place for a luxury property. A manager checked on us during our stay and I personally showed her these concerns. She said someone would address them the following day, but nothing changed. The amenities, pools, casino, and staff were excellent, but the lack of attention to detail in house

    This is a really great hotel. The rooms are spacious and the entire hotel is kept very clean. The attention to detail is incredible. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly.
