EXCELLENT!

Check in process was smooth. They mentioned to us about the hotel tour and if we were to go the next day at 11:30 we could’ve got $200 and 3/2 stay at a hotel. Which sounded good. But we were not aware of the requirements. We went to try to the tour and the lady did tell us we did not qualify because it was income based. Which we weren’t aware of. So, we wasted our time for nothing just waiting. We didn’t know. Then we were walking out and one of the workers said what happened all done or something like that my husband told him that he didn’t tell him about the requirements that he didn’t tell him and the guy told him “thanks for throwing me under the bus” we just walked away. Kinda didn’t want to walk out through the front desk anymore but there was no other option. But it was a bit awkward but oh well. What can we do. Nothing.

I rallied enjoyed the amenities and cleanliness of the property. Well worth the money I will be staying at this location in the near future.

in our last day half of stay our room start to smell like sewer.

Was amazing, the roomy rooms and in room washer and dryers. The only thing was our hot water in showers, did not heat up right away. Had to run it for around 5 minutes until it became hot. Not very water wise. But everything else was great!

This stay was absolutely amazing. the rooms were large and clean with kitchens. they have a shuttle that takes you to the strip and runs every 30 minutes. very kind and helpful staff

If you’re thinking about staying outside the strip, I would recommend this place. It comes with a kitchen too and a laundry - almost like an apartment! And it’s so close to everything!

The free shuttle to the strip was very helpful for me. Stayed here solo back in May. Will be back in August.

Hotel was not that bad but the elevator was not that great. There seems to be only two elevators in the entire property, real long hallways made it difficult to locate the elevators. Wish there was a midway entrance to the property to avoid having to go through the lobby entrance every time!

It was just what we needed for our stay, no complaints :)

Really nice in the middle of the airport and the strip! They have a shuttle at certain hours take take you to planet hollywood which is so nice! Discounts to food places in the area. A kitchen pots and pans available. A washer and dryer. Hair dryer available as well. Pool and a gym available

Location, maintenance of the property, free on site parking, room size and comfort level, employees were good. The only negative is it is a time share, and they will try very hard to push the time share. I understand it is their job, no is a no from the guest.

Staff were incredibly nice and attentive. The room was clean and spacious ( I was in a room for 4 ppl at the very top floor) I will be definitely re booking for future stays in Vegas!!

Not enough time to enjoy the pool. The perfume smell in the lobby was a bit too strong.

everything was amazing, good room, good view, only downfall was bad water pressure from the shower, other than that everything was excellent

I didn’t really need much from them so I had almost none interaction with them during my stay. But everyone seemed friendly and helpful.
