Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces

Older hotel, but I very clean and spacious.

The bed was super comfy, the views were gorgeous, located close to stores and restaurants so a great place to stay. Pool was smaller than expected and the noise level after hours for a booked reception was the only bad things to note

Air conditioning was not working…. Staff only gave $20 credit room was 75degrees and not well cleaned

This place shocked me how nice it was especially because it was one of the more affordable hotels I saw in the area. Staff was super professional and friendly, the hotel itself was gorgeous and the view from my room was spectacular.

Power went out as soon as I checked in. Was not able to get into the room until later. Missed using the pool or using the restaurant. Our room got hotter as the evening progressed. Started at 72 and by morning it was almost 80. Shower was good, but the toilet barely flushed.

Older property, hallway carpets were pretty dirty and room was old. Pool was excellent.

It was a nice stay i wish the bar lounge was opened in the evening.

Beautiful interior and grounds! Very convenient location to restaurants and shopping but with a lot of car noise. The only negative was the lack of a coffee pot in the room. Plenty of coffee pods and sugar but no pot.

The carpet in some of the rooms needs a deep professional steam cleaning not just a quick vacuum by housekeeping. Beautiful property but I would not book it if I had small children that love playing on the floor. I was in 3 rooms on 2 different floors that had far too many pet stains or what appeared to be pet stains. I would normally give a lower rating due to these stains but the staff tried very hard to find a room with less carpet stains. And I love the property and can see why so many couples choose to get married there and/or take their photos at this hotel.

Beautiful inside and out. Restaurant on site, cute gift shop, nice front desk staff-helpful. Beds comfy and price reasonable. Breakfast service was a bit inattentive.

Beautiful room, clean rooms! Would definitely stay again! Pet Friendly too!

Prices at your establishment for food was quite high. There are many other alternatives right across the street, should be more blended for e community.
