Way over priced and bad service not enough employees. More expensive than Ritz Carlton no thanks.

Stayed in a suite with my family of 5. Literally had no issues with anything. They were extremely helpful and great at what they do.

We really enjoyed this resort. It’s a beautiful property, very clean, the room had ample space and was comfortable. It’s also in a good location, near Epcot/Hollywood Studios, as well as Disney Springs. The only negative is that they charge a $50 resort fee and also a $40 parking fee (self parking, valet is hire). Both of those fees are daily so whatever price you’re paying for night, you have to add at least another $90 to it. Actual Disney resorts don’t charge resort or parking fees so it is something to keep in mind.

Awesome experience. Staff were top notch and the rooms were nice and comfortable. Loved the on site pools and gym. We will definitely be back.

Perfect. Everything 5 star

Amazing!!!!

Amazing Disney resort. High-end with great decor. Loved free shuttle to Disney Parks and close enough to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Only downside … Although I’m a Bonvoy Silver member, wifi should have been free. However, since I didn’t book direct through Marriott, I couldn’t access free wifi. Refused to pay for wifi out of principle as a Bonvoy member.

High end property in an incredible location. Has to be able to host some of the best views in the entire Disney footprint. Not applicable.

First time at this hotel and it was outstanding, especially for the price.

Nothing exceptional but it was a good experience.

This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Disney and Swan & Dolphin resort area. It is not inside the resort complex itself, but directly across from it, making it extremely convenient. The location was fantastic, and the views were beautiful. The hotel was spotless, very quiet, and our room was in perfect condition with no issues at all. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages is the proximity to Disney’s BoardWalk area, which is within easy walking distance once you reach the Swan & Dolphin resort area. There are wonderful restaurants, a beautiful lake, and a great atmosphere for evening walks. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The only thing worth noting is that the Disney early-entry benefit for Disney-area hotels is only 30 minutes, unlike some of the advantages offered by Universal hotels. This was not a problem for us, but it is something future guests may want to consider when planning their park visits. If I return to the area, I would happily stay here again. None

The Swan Reserve has nice amenities - a Mediterranean restaurant, a coffee shop/ grab and go snack shop, and a bar with a food menu. We swam at the pool, but the second day discovered the Dolphin Pool which is huge with a waterslide and a waterfall. Near the Swan is a beach and a play ground. We also ate at several of the restaurants at The Dolphin - Mexican and Steak House. The Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are all walking distance, and you can use the amenities at any of them. Also, nice buses take you to the disney Parks and Disney Springs, which is amazing. The staff always went above and beyond. Overall, a first class experience.
