Walt Disney World Swan

Only thing need more vending machines. It was really hard to buy a coke at 1:00am because everything was closed. Stayed at Disney swan and had to walk to the other building and walk to the gym. I go to the vending machine and guess what the out of coke.

Clean and amazing room and amenities.

Loved our stay and balcony room with resort view. Lovely big spacious room, lots of storage. We had a crib for our baby as well and it’s was perfect!

Super convenient, clean, comfortable, and not too many little kids. Great price!

Wonderful

It is the perfect spot in the “middle” of 2 parks. Walking distance or a quick water taxi away to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. The only downside is that you CAN NOT use your Magic Band as your room key at this time.

Amazing

It was a great experience in every way. Since my first visit to Disney property in 1986 I have always stayed at a Disney owned property, maybe 16 times? This time my husband and I decided to go for a few days and just visit Epcot and Hollywood studios . We decided to try the Swan and we were pleasantly surprised! The proximity to the parks we could visit without bus transportation was the main factor but there is so much more to enjoy. Great pools, a variety of wonderful restaurants, clean rooms and helpful staff were just the start. A walk to the Boardwalk at sunset was lovely.Although I would prefer a Disney resort with small children, this felt like a grown up , luxury hotel. My only complaints…. was there was no fan in the bathroom and the additional fees when my adult daughter joined us for two nights. We had two queen beds , why do I need to pay more? Besides that, I would definitely recommend a stay at the Swan.

The Swan Resort is a large hotel with a boutique feel, and most of the perks of a Disney Deluxe Resort. Il Mulino is a fantastic italian restaurant for a romantic dinner, and Java is necessary for a quick coffee grab on those early mornings. If you upgrade to a room with a balcony, you can enjoy clear views of fireworks and the dock to monitor when to leave for easy travel to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios.

This property has quickly become one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The only thing that I don’t understand, this hotel was never this expensive, once the rate drops I will be visiting again.

Luxury resort - conveniently located - easy to walk to Epcot and Boardwalk. Can take shuttle to the other parks. Clean rooms - helpful staff.

This hotel actually refused to give me a receipt for my booking made on Booking.com, claiming that because I booked through Booking.com, the receipt they print would show an amount of $0. They said they have no idea how much we actually paid on Booking.com. I've never heard of such a thing — it's absolutely ridiculous. I stayed at another hotel that was also booked through Booking.com, and they printed me a receipt with the total amount I paid on Booking.com without any issues

Restaurants were not that great.

Everything was amazing. What could be improved was the housekeeping. We had body wash in our shampoo bottle and no refill of some lotions and soap. Other than that a great return trip.
