Amazing stay!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfy. We did have 1 issue. The steakhouse restaurant caught on fire. Never a good thing. We were not allowed in the hotel for 3 hours until it was cleared. High 90's, and we were in the park all day. Very understandable and appreciated the safety measures. What I was not happy with is we tried to get food/dinner at the swan. No restaurant would take to go orders or had any space for us. My daughter was hungry. I had to door dash which was an extra inconvenience. When I asked one of the managers I received a shrug and then she walked away from us. A voucher, offer to pay for doordash, something would have been nice. They could have done something other than a letter shoved under our door late at night that woke me up. Loved the hotel other than that.

This is a definitely NO after spending all day walking on the parks. Very unfortunate but we still had a good time

Was very clean, very friendly, food was amazing… better than the parks ! We ate at the cabana pool restaurant and the Italian restaurant in the swan side. Both were great. The transport to and from the parks was smooth and efficient coming every 10-15 mins. Thx

It was a nice hotel, the WiFi was terrible when trying to watch Netflix or YouTube though on their TV. The housekeeping was great. I do wish there was free breakfast in the mornings. The cafe they have in the lounge, was expensive but what you expect for Disney properties lol

Very family oriented; convenient to Parks with many transportation options.

I didn’t like that receptionist did not greet me at all. He simple told me to wait a while because he was finishing with prior guest and then he told me to go back to the line and wait for someone else to help. The next worker also did not greet me nor tell me about the amenities. I felt like I was bothering them. I was staying one night only simply because I had been at Saratoga Springs and decided t9 stay one more night and they had no availability. I would never stay here again and would not recommend to any of my friends or relatives.

We LOVED our stay at The WDW Dolphin resort!! We will be back!!

For the low-end Disney hotel, it was amazing! My 14 and 18 year-old kids loved it. Never felt over crowded, able to boat or walk to other places. Would stay again just for the experience.

Very affordable. A bit worn. But that’s ok when it’s priced the way it was. The lowest priced room I’ve paid close to disney parks in a long time

Our main attraction was EPCOT. Dolphin was looked beside of EPCOT, with a water taxi every 20 minutes. Very convenient.

Restaurants were great. A little pricey as expected. Disappointed that the room with a resort view was not available, thankfully for the credit given due to inconvenience.
