We live this hotel every-time we go to the orlando area it is close to everything

Check in staff was far from personable. The breakfast food was barely much, let a long no one around to help when things ran out. While the pool opens at 6am, the lazy river and slide doesn't till 11am, EVERY DAY. Hallway rugs and overall inside of the hotel needs a makeover. Honestly, best thing about our stay was that the room was super cold.

No upgrades have been made still have old raggedy couches in the rooms.

Location The lamp shades were rusty, the arm rest on the chairs were gross, our toilet was clogged before we even used it (which was fixed promptly), the phone/end table had stuff all over it.

Space in the room is exceptional. The pool area is great. The staff was very nice. No coffee in the room, that is it.

It was clean, spacious, and in a good location. Staff were very professional and nice. We had a difficult time finding our building where we were staying because it was dark and properly marked. I did not agree with the fact that this place qualified as a resort with the extra fee attached. I did not understand why it was categorized as a resort.
