The TV is too small in the living room and the bathroom tubs you need new ones those are too dangerous to get them

Walls are super thin, you can hear everything going on next door. My family heard all of the extra curricular activities going on as if we were staring rooms with the neighbors, If you have kids I’d recommend you be very specific on an experience you want. Also smelled like pot throughout the unit spoke to security and they stated they could not do anything about the smell or the ridiculous amount of noise.

Great place I stay here always when in Kissimmee but it’s time to upgrade the tvs with smart tvs it’s 2026 not 2000 everything else great

Overall the beds were comfortable and pools were great. The room was musky, moldy, and many broken/damaged areas (doors, flooring, etc).

Overall a nice property, just a little on the older side. Great front desk person. Very friendly and pleasant.

Multiple outlets were working. Holes in the cabinets. Things were missing such as a spatula. Very old and needs renovation…

Very clean, I love this place. I stay here at least 3 times a year!

We Booked a two bedroom suite to include our four and five-year-old children. We got there and it was a corner unit that was 2 adjoining units with two entry and exit points and a deadlock separating the two. We checked in late and it took an hour for security to come unlock that unit but by then we had decided that we were not comfortable with our foreign five-year-olds essentially being in a completely separate unit separated an entire living room room/dining room and hallway. It looked like glorified section 8 apartments. The rooms are definitely outdated, and I was so uncomfortable the whole night that we almost canceled our booking and went to a different hotel but by then our little kids, I had already fallen asleep in the car. Customer service was nonexistent tried to reach out to them and have yet to hear back two days later. We paid for the two bedroom suite and only used one of the rooms with four sleeping on the bed and one on floor and one on the couch. I will never book here again.

I love this place and have been staying here for years… only thing would recommend is making better sound barrier on the shared room doors… can’t even fart without hearing it. Other than that I live the amenities, staff is always helpful and everything is close by!

We had a couple issues, one including changing the room. But it was all handled well and out of the hotels control.

Very dated but clean. Bar and restaurant closes at 7pm which was a big disappointment. Lots of teenaged kids hanging out on the stairs to the room at 11pm. Probably will not stay again.

For the price, it’s not a bad place to stay for a night or two, and it serves its purpose if you just need somewhere to sleep. However, I wouldn’t consider it a true resort-style vacation experience. It’s acceptable for a short stay, but don’t expect the luxury atmosphere shown in the pictures.
