Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club, Dazzler Select by Wyndham

La espera para hacer mi Check In fue más de lo normal de lo que siempre he esperado en una recepción. Sobre las facilidades es un Ok creo q para personas q vengan con niños sería una gran opción, no tanto para parejas solas o personas q buscan un lugar más tranquilo.

Excelente estancia , el personal , las instalaciones y todo me pareció espectacular , lo recomiendo al 100% y más si vas de visita con niños .

Every thing is very good

If you have children it’s an amazing place to stay. They have so much for the kids to do. They have a kids club they had a Minion come to breakfast and dance with the kids and one day they had a bubble party. There is a family movie every night. The breakfast was great you got to make Mickey waffles they had different types every day they had cereal and yogurt. The resort fee was high. If you have kids it’s worth it. If you are basically just sleeping there it’s to high. The pool isn’t very big

Toys where too hot to touch or play ……being Florida heat ……….toy upgrades

Magic Moment was a life saver. My trip to Orlando felt like everything was messing up daily. Once I arrived at Magic Moment; the front desk staff welcomed my kids and I with such a loving smile and pleasant voice. The staff is always available and rooms are cleaned daily. Food is fun to make with kids as well as the many activities they have at the hotel. I would definitely recommend to families

We enjoyed our stayed soft and comfy bed, nice staff.. aside from no microwave inside room

Everything went well during our stay I wish breakfast had a few more choices, like scrambled eggs, apple juice, bacon , fruits. Room itself was pretty ok , I got upgraded to a princess room but I didn’t feel it was a princess room . I was expecting more princess looking . I like that it was in the area where I pay for by the playground view. Play house was close most of the time on checking day; house was close too early on check out day which is where my daughter like the most. Pool wise it was alright not many floaters to use. We never found complimentary towels to use while at the pool . Purchase something from the cafe but it was stale. Hopefully they change some of their snack it taste it stale weird.

First room was hot bc the air was broke and the fridge was putting off a lot of heat. Was over charged for the room despite what hotels told them I should b charged. Asked for refund was told I’d receive one have not yet. Asked for receipt haven’t gotten that ether. Went to check out due was asleep

You get what you pay for. I paid mediocre, the stay was mediocre so I guess it’s a wash? We most definitely will not be back. The overall appearance is cute, but, the linens smelled like mildew, the sand had animal poop in it and the “breakfast” was a nightmare. We literally gave up and went next door to ihop.

Great Breakfast - cannot find breakfast like this any where. Great location for kids.

Room was very clean. All of the staff were excellent. Family friendly.

Specially the attention you receive from all the staff breakfast was good in special the guys who welcome the Gus’s in the breakfast are his espectacular

It didn’t quite look like what photos make you think. The amenities were perfect for kids, lots of activities to do and a huge play area. The room was a bit dated, and we found signs of mold on the walls and in the bathroom. It didn’t feel the cleanest. Overall just ok, but good price compared to what’s around. The breakfast was very good, and staff were very friendly.
