2/10 rooms are disgusting. We opened the closet to find bags of random orders in there like if no one has opened the door. When we pulled out the mattress couch.. DISGUSTING! Mold and random white stuff, no mattress cover but thank god because we got to see the disgusting yellow and orange mattress! No soap.. just a facial bar.. the bathroom had different handles on each side of the door. The air was musty from poor ventilation, which seems to be common in a lot of cheaper hotels. The AC wall unit was also dirty and my girl and I especially were getting runny nose and stuffy nose lying down of course from the poorly cleaned and ventilated space. Thankfully it was 1 night, I couldn't sleep from having to wakeup and grab toilet paper to act as tissues. And that too, no tissues on the nightstands! There was a opened cheap box in the bathroom that I was not gonna use. The TV was too old for anything like screen mirroring and only had channel number inputs on the remote. Breakfast was okay, not many options. The pool.. dirty with leaves and sediment all over the floor with a plastic back floating in there since we checked in at 2 pm the day before. Same dirty level for the hot tub. We at least wanted to relax there..

The staff was great and the room was quiet and clean. Only one problem was apparently no ice machines were working. I tried 3 different floors and no ice. Breakfast had a good selection too

We stayed here for one night. We had 3 rooms for 3 families. Our flight was delayed and we got in late around 11pm. The staff was great but we were met with roaches in one of our bathrooms. I took videos and photos and went to the front desk staff immediately. They did accommodate and move us to another room but nothing further was offered.

Taking £100 out of my credit card as a security deposit with no indication from them when it will be returned

Nearby attractions, appeared safe area, free breakfast I asked to not have an adjoining room and was told there weren't any on property. We were assigned an adjoining room. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. Every piece of metal in the hotel had rust stains. 1 of the 3 lights in the bathroom continuously turned on and off. The tub faucet never stopped leaking. Lost about half a gallon per hour. Could hear talking from next door rooms. Actual conversations. Charged an additional 10$ resort fee. I stayed 1 night, unclear if it's 10$ per night.

Very easy to check in and out. Staff, especially Heta and Juana were very helpful. Pool and spa very nice and clean. Close to parks. Breakfast was good. Wish hours for breakfast were longer. Like til 10 am.

When we first arrived, everything was good, the room was clean, when we came back to the room, I wanted to take a relaxing bath and the water would not turn off, I tried my friend tried and the friend had to go downstairs to get someone, I got burned by hot water in the tub, the lady at the desk apologized, but that was it, they moved us to another bedroom, same clean and very nice, there were Ants in the bathtub, no more of this hotel

Exceptional

The room was clean, and the free breakfast options were good. The air seemed to kick off at night and it got very hot. There was a mildew smell upon entering the room every time. There were times when we approached the front desk, and no one was there. It took up to 2 minutes one time for someone to come out of a side office and help us.
