FantasyWorld Resort

We had an amazing experience! Shawn from Miami Gardens and one of the maintenance guys (maybe Rafael) unfortunately I can’t remember his name but they were both amazing and truly understand hospitality. Everyone was very kind and friendly. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 6!

This was our second stay at Fantasy World and we love it. The pool, slides, and lazy river are great. The kids love it all. The new jumbotron is a fun addition. The inside of the unit is a little dated, but clean and well stocked with essentials. We will be back.

Villa was nice and comfortable. Shower curtain upstairs wouldn’t stay closed due to former vacationers bending it i imagine. Downstairs shower curtain fell down while being used but we fixed it. Fan cover fell off microwave when we opened the door. Other than that is felt safe, and was comfortable. Would recommend it. Traffic was horrible in the area. Walmart is a couple minutes away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Love it amazing places to spend with the family

Great place had a lot of fun. Would go back. Check in took a while, we did arrive about 30 mins early was told room was not ready was told they were in there working on it. Went back @ 4:30 room still not ready. Was told again they were in there working on it. Went back again around 5 and was told they needed about 15/20 more minutes Finally about 5:20 we got in our room. Did ask for new towels & was told they did not have any! So, there is that! Overall, we would stay again

We had a great stay at FantasyWorld Resort! My son absolutely loved the lazy river, and we all had a wonderful time enjoying the amenities. The only downside was that the floors in our room weren't very clean—our socks were black on the bottom after walking around. Other than that, we had a great experience, and we'd definitely consider staying here again!

The room was clean but definitely could use an update. Some of the baseboards need to be replaced. The upstairs was a bit warn even with the air-conditioning set to 68.

We love the place so much for the kids to do better and cheaper than staying in Disney I'm going to take the grandkids every year

I saw this place on tiktok. I'm so happy we booked it. We initially stayed 2 nights then added 2 more! This place is phenomenal for families. The pool has a huge jumbotron that played good movies and once finished some current music videos. There's an amazing lazy river and three story high water slides. Our teens loved them! The resort staff is so kind. There's so much to do around resort or if you opt for staying in, the villas are so roomy and accommodating. Will only be staying here when visiting Florida!

The staff were amazing. Love the pools and movie night at the pool. My son loved the arcade. Close to Disney. A lot of activities to do within the resort. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was clean.

The location was close to restaurants and other attractions. Also, the pool was clean with a nice selection of music. The poolside bar was a plus, the Florida Rum Runner was great! The condo was clean and comfortable. My WiFi connection wasn’t stable, he kept going in and out while watching tv. The phone wouldn’t call the front desk therefore I had to use my cell phone to call. Also, the dryer wasn’t working properly.

All the Different Amenities. My drive was 10Hrs to long.

I booked several rooms for my daughter’s party, as many of our guests made separate reservations. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a leaking vent, and there was a stain on the couch that appeared damp and gave off a strong musty, wet odor throughout the room. Due to these conditions, the guests assigned to that room were unable to comfortably stay or sleep there. As a result, they had to sleep in other guests’ rooms, which caused significant inconvenience and disrupted our accommodations. Given the condition of the room and the impact it had on our group, I find this situation unacceptable and would appreciate an explanation as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
