Everything was great but the building has cracks everywhere aswell as the staircases, you can also tell the structure is becoming unsafe, my door didn't align properly, it didn't want to close.

Check in was smooth even offered me some popcorn … love this place , went to the pool and they were playing bingo and given away money for free which was fun … great time

The room was nice, but we ask for a handicapped room and specifically a walk in shower. We were told no problem. Did not get. We did not have a screen room. The people above us ran jumped stomped from 6 am till after 1 am. Some of our family left early because it kept waking up the baby. Plus our children and the rest of us had a hard time hearing and sleeping. We did call about it at least 10 times, we were told that they do not make contact until after 10 pm, but that didn’t work either. On the web It talked about the amenities and I also called and spoke to some one about them, and was not told that areas were closed and a lot of them were not available. The pools were nice and the unit we had was nice.

Clean room.. excelent staff

The check in staff wasn’t very helpful. I told them it was my first time at the property and they said NOTHING.. Did not know where anything was on the property… NEVER AGAIN… Room was not cleaned very well I threw away stuff in the kitchen that was NOT mine and had to wear my shoes the whole time in the apartment the floors were GROSS!!!

First night the family on the second floor with their kids was running back and forth late at night an early morning I unable to get some rest. Second night as i was sleeping found bugs on the bed and then saw them crawling up the curtains and other bedrooms. I asked front desk to clean up and they did immediately. We enjoyed the main pool a lot wanted to stay to try to rest and spend more time at the resort but front desk was not able to help us with it, so we left. Dont think we will come back. Their activities area was closed.

The rooms were very clean. We had a pleasant stay. We stayed 2 nights 3days. Our 2 yrs old and 5 yrs old enjoyed the pool. We will definitely re visit

We really enjoyed it. Comfortable room and amenities. Great location. The property feels very dated. The buildings need to be painted and other refurbishments to the pool area are needed. One pool was closed and was being worked on while we were there. Not sure if that was a repair only or a renovation. Great bartenders at the pool bar by the way.

The property did not disappoint at all. It was just something for everybody to do. I guess I’ll have to leave this area blank if I could, but there’s nothing I could say that was bad about the Property

The crab pool was closed. we got pushed into a orientation that took up 3 hours of our vacation time!

Pool should close at 11 instead of 10

I wish tv is bigger and I wish its modern like inside like the furniture its very old fashioned couch

This is like the third or fourth time we’ve stayed here and we love it, the amenities are great very kid, friendly, and being able to have a 1,2 or three bedroom condo style room is a huge perk. This place is very clean friendly and we will definitely stay here again.
