easy check in. The pictures were deceiving. The cleanliness wasn’t that great. There were make-up stains on the pillow cases and sheets as If they weren’t washed, the fridge and microwave were dirty, as well as the bathroom. If I didn’t have my cleaning supplies to re-clean, I wouldn’t have stayed.

However, my biggest complaints are the bed was lumpy and you sunk towards the middle. Additionally, the back door to parking is not locked for the guests safety despite what the sign says. The lock is broken and hanging off of the door frame. The door also exits with a step down without any warning (I tripped multiple times exiting before learning and remebering to step down) Breakfast is typical for what you get with hotel breakfast. But I wouldn't stay again due to the safety. An issue specific to our room was it was by the stairs. The stairwell door swings open very easily and bangs into the wall (very easy to accidentally do). Since our hotel room shared a wall with the stairwell, you heard a periodic bang from stairwell door hitting the wall.

Instead of changing towels they took them but not replaced. I run out of fresh towels!!! The rooms need maintenance ASAP and cleaning team certainly needs some training.

Disappointing

The toilet had issues. I didn't get my 50$ deposit back.

I was able to connect my own media to the TV for entertainment that's a big check in. My book. Staff was helpful. Nobody came bothering us. Telling us to keep it down because neighbors are complaining. What I'm saying is I had a really good time at La Quinta, which is in the cut. It's hidden behind other establishments not even visible from the road. I'm not saying that any of the things I portrayed happening really happened, so don't hold it against me La Quinta. I had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this particular La Quinta to anybody, for a whole lot of reasons, business or pleasure. If I have photos they're not not family friendly so I'm not going to add them to this review. And I have photos and film!

On day 2 there were about 3-6 roaches noted. staff cleaned immediately, we used bug spray and they were gone

Breakfast was fresh. Parking was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
