Holiday Inn Columbia East-Jessup by IHG

The hotel was just okay. Nothing fancy, not dirty, but also not able to read the room. I had my 80 yr old Grandma with me and they checked us into a room in the BASEMENT that we had to walk a country mile to get to. Never again.

Stay away from this hote.

Clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful. Rooms was completely comfortable

My wife and I very much appreciated one of the breakfast staff, Jeffrey, who went out of his way to explain all the items on the buffet and to help us find some extra items. He was extremely polite and attentive.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There were lots of restaurants and stores near by. Check out was quick and easy.

It would be great if the pool was available until midnight so after show at Merriweather cool down is possible. Understand that it would need to be a quite swim to avoid disturbing guests but since no life guard every on duty…

Was nice for a quick overnight. Food was ok in the restaurant but my steak was not cooked properly at all

This hotel is located in the best area. Great food at the restaurant inside the hotel as well as surrounding area. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly. You will enjoy your stay at this Holiday Inn in Jessup, MD.

Convenient location. Nice facility. Good breakfast. Friendly staff They ran out of French toast on second day. Ran out of coffee and it took forever

Service & Food was great, Property was decent & clean I do not like the cashless policy. For that reason I will not be staying at your facility again.

Just a business stay. Parking lot was not friendly.

I got breakfast. I think that the breakfast was a little bit overcooked. I wasn’t a big fan of it because everything seemed a little overcooked. The potatoes were so crunchy that they had almost no softness left, which made them less enjoyable.

This property needs to be addressed. The electricity went out during our stay only at the hotel. The food was bland and the mandatory breakfast coupons make the dining experience feel cheap. The staff - except the food staff - were loud and obnoxious. The last day of the stay my family and I were harassed and my mother was also harassed by male staff members. We applied a do not disturb to our room to protect our items while out, but cleaners still came in.

One small point, be nice to have a couple of English Breakfast tea bags in the room along with the green tea and coffee although you can get these at Breakfast time.
