Plenty of apace in each room, good breakfast

It was a very convenient location to travel back & forth to New York.

It was amazing experience

Cost for location was great. Ten minute walk to Path train which takes you to 9/11 Memorial and connects to subway at World Trade Center. Very please with all items at the hotel and as others have said, the breakfast is above average for a hotel.

We lost our daughter's watch and the front desk what somewhat helpful but not really, they acted like it was nothing. They didn't go above and beyond to do anything for us to find the watch :( Bery disappointing.

Convient location and helpful staff

The staff are friendly and the property is clean. There was only one elevator working and there was not enough breakfast for all the guests.

Staff was great. Room and property were clean. Short location was 10min walk to the PATH station.

Staff were amazing. A 10-15 min walk to nearest PATH or light rail station. Breakfast was OK, similar to other US hotels I have been in. Gym was very hot even with air-con, due to sunshine in morning

Staff is very friendly. Location is great, very close to Holland tunnel. Breakfast is great. The room is quiet and clean. Satisfied experience. Would come back again.

Regarding the actual property, it is a newer build and everything worked as expected. Had hot water everyday, everything drained, no odd noises or smells. What really sets apart this hotel is the staff. I found everyone to be extremely pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The provided breakfast was great, everything was hot everyday and fresh. I suppose the only negative, and I shouldn't be surprised, is the parking. It is valet only, and reading some other reviews. It seems like the rate changes or is at least variable depending on when you stay. It is not included in the cost of the room.

It is overrated, do not be misled by the high rating. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and by far this is the worst one I have ever stayed. The location is on a very busy road with gas stations. It does not feel safe to walk on the sidewalk and you have to wait long for the traffic light to turn green. If you want to travel to Manhattan you have to walk 15 min and take Path train which is also not so practical. Do not recommend if you are planning to see Manhattan. They have a garage and valet service 41$ per day. No easy to reach restaurants, cafes, stores on foot. There is a large supermarket but also it is designed mostly to reach by car. The hotel breakfast is very limited, no cheese or simple ingredients like bread options, tomatoes or even tea. Hotel personnel does not care much and are rather rude.

Real fast was good.Staff very friendly. . Nothing . Much as I expected.

Very nice place to stay. Lots of eating options close by. Target and CVS close as well for last minute cruise needs.
