Dated. Not clean. Pool was closed. Front desk staff, seemed bothered while checking I was getting checked in. Location was the only reason I stayed there. Comedy show, next food. Breakfast, not many options.

Elevator smells like someone died smoking a cigar in it. The hallways are dark and dingy/creepy, the staff couldn't provide extra towels for some reason. Carpets look disgusting. And they kept my 100 flat deposit for no reason. Horrible stay

1st rate hotel. This was my second time staying here. Will always stay here when I'm visiting Jacksonville. Rooms are really clean, towels are plentiful and thick, bed and pillows comfortable with decent bed linens. Great breakfast with good variety. Professional staff with pleasing personalities. There are lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby. Nothing fancy, just a great place to stay.
