The only issue was the front desk (day of check in) girl who was rude with each encounter. All other staff were very friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was great The room had a little mildew odor. Especially from the dressers.

Did not eat breakfast but the location was great for our travel plans. The on duty manager and general manager was rude and totally unprofessional.

Joseph the front desk manager was very kind went the extra mile keep him!!! But the youn lady who works morning was very rude asking what not very engertic I honestly had to ask her was she okay The energy the girl at the front desk

Blackout blinds, bedding comfort and personal anenities. Carpet smelled horribly of pets & feet! Desk attendant asked our preference of 1st or 2nd floor. We answered NOT BY STAIRS OR ELEVATOR. She proceeded by completely ignoring us and gave us a smelly room next to elevator without saying a word! WHY ASK IF YOU DONT PLAN TO FOLLOW THRU W/COMPLETE INFO????
