I truly enjoy my stay, no complaints and wold return again.

Clean room

Stayed on tenth floor, river view, saw fifteen dolphins in the morning! Bed was comfortable, room met my needs! Good water pressure in shower! Short walk to Cowfords! Rooftop pool was fun! Felt safe! Will be back!!

The hotel itself was very nice, but the rooms were very outdated. There was only one lamp, making the room feel dark and uninviting. The biggest disappointment was the beds—the springs poked through the mattress, and you sank so deeply into it that it was extremely uncomfortable. The bedding was also terrible: just one fuzzy blanket sandwiched between two flat sheets. Overall, while the hotel property was pleasant, the room and sleeping accommodations were very disappointing.

Amazing stay at the Hyatt per usual. Great staff, amenities and very clean. I tried to save some money and stay across the river and that was a huge mistake that led me right back to the Hyatt. It’s a step above the rest.

Staff was extremely helpful and considerate also at the breakfast and also at the reception. The hotel is huge not cosy endless amount of people. Not my stile. Pool on roof top small and was close because of weather. Club lounge for which I paid 40% more for the room closed at 2000 so by time I arrived from meetings I could not enter. No bathrobes and no slippers. Old fashioned rooms.

I selected this hotel because of the location to the Jacksonville Jazz Festival. The location was perfect...a short walk to the Festival. There were 2 elevators out of order. With the large number of people at the hotel and moving about at the same time (before and after the Festival) this made for serious congestion and delays. Also, the cost to park is ridiculous.

Clean room, great location, very close to our venue.

They need to make pool area more resort like, line up chairs, have music there is a lot you can do to set the right mood

The staff was AMAZING — especially Anna and the other gentleman (Lord forgive me, I forgot his name!). He even sang Happy Birthday to the birthday girl, and it was everything. I think he was the maintenance man, which made it even funnier.Thank you, Hyatt in Jacksonville, FL — y’all showed OUT!

Awesome stay beautiful view

The Hyatt Riverfront is an amazing hotel. The entire staff is professional and very welcoming. The premises is clean and you've got a beautiful view of downtown and the river. I highly recommend staying here if you have to come to Jacksonville, FL
