First it doesn’t come with breakfast, there was no microwave oven in the room I had to go downstairs to use on.

To establishment when I’m in Jacksonville great staff great location 10/10

Be aware that even if Expedia says you booked a room with a river view, doesn’t mean that when you get there you will get that room. I paid for a river view and the hotel said they didn’t have that available on their end. So I did not get that room.

Great location. Very old property. Rooms have not been updated in at least a decade. Not joking. Also not very clean or maintained. 20 dollars a person for lackluster breakfast buffet. Overall average experience considering cost.

I originally booked this hotel because I have fond memories of staying here with my family years ago when it operated as the Crowne Plaza. On the drive to the hotel, I was telling my wife how excited I was to show her a place that I remembered so positively. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like I remembered. When we arrived, our first room was in very poor condition. The baseboards were covered in dust, the carpet was sticky and stained, and the air conditioning unit was making an extremely loud noise. I went to the front desk, and the staff apologized and moved us to another room. While the air conditioner in the second room was quieter, the overall cleanliness was just as disappointing. The room appeared neglected and did not meet the standards I would expect from a DoubleTree property. What made this especially upsetting was hearing my wife say later that evening, “We haven’t stayed at a hotel this bad in a while.” That comment really hit me because I was the one who chose this hotel, hoping to share a positive experience and some good memories with her. I appreciate that the staff attempted to address the issue by moving us, but the condition of both rooms left us very disappointed. After not feeling comfortable to even sleep there for the night, we had to move hotels at midnight.

The hotel is completely ran down and old…the carpet was stained and torn…up under the bed was trash…the bathroom wallpaper was coming up….the pipes in bathroom had rust around them…the floor board was molded and paint was chipped off…the balcony had mold from the air conditioner leaking and it was cigarette butts outside…it’s a 5 star restaurant on site but there were roaches around the entrance into the building

Well the couch in the lobby was filthy when we got to our room the TV and Phone did not work it took 4 calls to get it resolved Everything

Cabel TV was off for most of the stay. People smoking drugs in hallways.had to pay for parking after paying almost 200 a night.

Great stay, beautiful pool, comfy rooms
-
The tv service was down the 2 days we were there. So no tv. Neighbors were having a freak fest, glad my kids were not with me. Woke up at 6am with screaming and fighting outside. Cops on scene to break that up.

Bed was very comfortable. Just wish the TV got signal. Morning of checkout someone(assuming homusekeeping) attempted to enter the room without knocking startling me awake. Otherwise a very pleasant stay

The place was disgusting and dirty. The chairs in the room had all kinds of stains on them. The carpet was dirty and gross. The bathroom was dirty. The place is the worse Hotel I ever stayed in.

Riverfront Was Beautiful

I recently stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton for work. The facility was clean; however, the rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was friendly and polite. Pool/patio area has a beautiful view of the bridge and riverfront. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay.
