Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport

Really large lobby and bar area right up front. Large mixed space for breakfast. Breakfast offered many options to choose; yogurt and fruit, eggs, sausage, French toast, cereal and bread options. Staff was very helpful and upbeat. Really nice, large room but bathroom was very small.

Ellen was very helpful and Marco made a 5-Star burger!

The hotel was great, staff was great, and great location. Our only complaint is that the hallway was very loud all night. The hotel staff tried to keep it quiet, but I think because it is an airport hotel, there are just people in and out alot, and unfortualtely, the people there when we were there were not worried about waking up their neighbors.

We were put in a room that had an intense urine smell. The carpet in the closet are was soaked with urine. We were then moved to another room where we discovered dirty laundry left on the other wide of the bed! We asked for a refund, but they said absolutely not. We chatted with a CS rep for Hotels.com, and at first we were told they would credit us the full amount in One Cash, but later only did $50.

I liked the location pretty close to the airport and shopping plazas. The gym is good. I didn’t like breakfast it was too simple and bland. No pancakes or waffles for children. The holder for the body wash wasn’t clean, there was a piece of metal poking my feet when I stepped out the bathroom because the carpet was fraying and wearing out. The coffee maker didn’t work and for a 5 night stay I thought I would have a kitchenette but didn’t. I had a microwave and fridge in the room which made things easier. Overall it was just an ok stay and I expected much more from Hyatt.

We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place! It's conveniently located just five minutes from the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast options were great too!

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. So we paid a 1 day fee and left and went across the street to the Marriott, where thier staff was extremely pleasant. And very helpful.
