Shout out to "Mia" in these days and time she was a breath of fresh air. I can't say enough about her, at the onset she was friendly and kind. She was very helpful and d knowledgeable about the company and she made sure that there were smiles all around. My brother a d i was there for a funeral and Mia made our day. Thanks Mia u R number 1...

Overcharged for my room with no follow up from management

Everything had a fee including coffee. Was charged a $2 up charge just to "round up". What's that about? I complained and got the $2 back. The place seemed old and not updated. Place was so-so.

Parking was easy checkin very fast. Clean rooms only stayed long enough to rest up and hit the road again. I would stay again.

All Good, No Complaints

Arrived late and was told breakfast would be set up in the area off the lobby. In the morning nothing was set up. It was all behind a counter. I went to order coffee and nobody was at counter. After 10 min somebody came out appearing like they were preparing a to go order, and said he'd be with me in a few minutes. I left after another 10 min waiting.

We didnt really come prepared for a Hotel.stay nor did we stay for breakfast. We'd had dinner and a few drinks and didnt relish the drive home to

The kitchen condiments. I had a refrigerator and microwave in the room is a plus for me to include a coffee maker. There was nothing really I did not like.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and shower was clean and very well maintained with plenty of towels and wash cloths. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel while traveling and it will continue to be our hotel of choice. Highly recommend.

Needs updating

The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. I have to say a special thank you to Chintal 😊. He was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Chintal is the man and thank you for all you do.

We had no breakfast. Couldn't afford it. Free breakfast, like other places.

Courtyard Marriott is usually my go to hotel when traveling but lately they haven’t been up to par. This one by the airport in Jax, however, still checking all the boxes! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff at check in (who actually accommodated my room request!) Sparking clean top to bottom. And as comfortable as you expect Marriott to be. The beds, linens, amenities, always top tier!

We only stayed overnight for an early morning flight. The standout was the checkin. Chintal was very friendly and personable and made us love the property. Room is clean and has everything you need to make you feel at home.

I stayed this weekend May 15 2026. My room was terrible and wifi was not good. Furniture was dirty and dated. I was in town for a funeral. I would have left asap if I could and gotten my money back. It was stains on the floor and lamp shades. The TV was old old. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I made videos. I wish I could post them on here. Don't stay here unless you're desperate.
