We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the indoor Jacuzzi. The amenities for kids like pool air hockey, ping pong and Chess are a nice touch. We will return!

I love this hotel and this is my 4th time staying with them. I stay at this hotel so much I feel like the staff is my family. The staff is great and they work very hard to keep this hotel up and making your stay wonderful. I absolutely love this hotel and the staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back for my next visit.

The breakfast was quite good although Americans drink really bland coffee. I had to wait more than an hour for the shuttle when I got to Dallas. This can be frustrating when you are tired after a long flight. The view from my room on the second floor was quite ugly because it looked out at an untidy area with air conditioners. Also, Netflix did not seem to work. It looked like the hotel had a lot of amenities but unfortunately my stay was short.

Breakfast was horrible. Very little to choose from. Property was clean and close to the location I needed to get to.

Construction/ remodeling was load and smelled musty

Upon entering the hotel, the lobby was clean and looked amazing. We got our room and as we make our way back we are right down from all the maintenance rooms. The laundry room, elevator storage, etc. Outside our window was the lovely view of a whole stack of pallets and other junk. As we were getting settled in, we noticed several little tiny flies (larger than gnats) in our room but even more in the bathroom. Getting ready to get some rest, I look at my pillow and there were several brown stains on it. I went to the front desk and asked for a clean pillow case and the gentleman there said he would get someone right over to take care of that. No one ever showed up. The next evening as we were getting ready for bed on our final night there, there was a pungent sewer smell that overtook our room for 10-15 minutes at least. The eating area was very clean but at least one staff member was pretty rude. I am hopeful that other rooms in other areas were better than ours but I do not know that for sure. I have never written a bad report such as this one before but thought some things needed to be said.

The indoor pool was pretty cold, last time I stayed it was nice and warm. The hot tub was lukewarm half the time, didn't get very hot til it had been running for a while. The food was good in the restuarant but the servings were kind of small for the price. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful but a few acted like they didn't want to be bothered. There was a fire alarm one morning and the speaker said to evacuate, but staff acted like we were crazy evacuating yet didn't explain that the fire alarm was going off due to bacon burning, somebody had to find out from somebody else. Lastly, I was glad to see they actually cleaned the hot tub thoroughly, but I wish they did it while the pool and hot tub were closed from 9 pm to 9 am. 9 pm seems a bit early to close the pool and hot tub as well. It would be nice if they would extend to 10 pm.

Friendly staff, and good restaurant on site!

All was great except the airport shuttle service. Was going to take the 7:30 am shuttle; however it never showed up so ended having to spend $20 for an uber.

It was a fine hotel. The airport shuttle was important. Breakfast was ok. The room was good. My only complaint was that the bathroom light also turned on the fan, which was exceptionally loud. We had dinner at the combined Italian restaurant La Perla and Pakistani restaurant Nihari Haven. We love Indian food so chose to try Pakistani cuisine. Ordering was done completely through an app and was very impersonal . It ended up being quite expensive because everything was separate. We like spicy food, but this was unpleasantly so. I would not recommend it.
