Clean and comfortable, location convenient to airport and Irving shopping mall, staff pleasant and helpful. Had a few misses with the shuttle pick ups but no problem when leaving from hotel to go back to airport.

We called from the airport to get picked up by shuttle and front desk was too busy to pick up the phone so we had to uber when we picked the property because it offered shuttle service

So clean! Super helpful staff. The room looked brand new. All lamps and outlets worked. Great tv with hbo and others. Comfortable and great fitness room in excellent condition.

The hotel was clean, staff was great, only issue was the elevator was down. But the staircase was easy to go and down.
