Our room was clean

Really clean and spacious rooms with very helpful staff. Close to nearby shopping and restaurants at walking distance.

We got the airport shuttle at 5 am. When we got downstairs, we couldn’t tell who the staff was! He had on a regular t-shirt. The shuttle was on time, however the driver could use some customer service training. No greeting, no offer of help of any kind. He got in the bus, started the engine and that was the indication to guests that the shuttle was about to leave.

The staff was terrific. The place was nice and I had a good rest while staying there.

The staff was real friendly and the place was kept up.

So it was an last minute booking for me as my flight was cancelled from Dallas to Detroit, they have pick up shuttles from airport and the service is good and it’s 10-15 mins from airport, the receptionist Mr El Gaston was kind and helpful person while helping me to check in plus he was so kind to put me on late check out as I checked in around 8pm, it’s nice and tidy hotel to stay , and they have breakfast including from 7-10am plus they have mini frozen food mart and drinks machine, overall good place to stay!

Great location, easy to get to downtown Dallas and Fort Worth via West Irving station which is around 37 mins walk. Denny’s is right next door and Red Lobster across the road. Pool is a nice bonus. Walmart also just over the road and a nice bar, Spot Bar and Kitchen. I think a good deal it c r uMall is also walking distance but we didn’t have time to visit. Close to Dallas/Fort Worth airport, was great to get free shuttle to airport on departure but we didn’t sort for arrival so check with hotel to try and get booked up otherwise is a $17-20 uber. No loungers by pool. Not a lot of hooks in room/bathroom to hang tiles.

Good comfortable and clean room. Clean pool. Great location next to shopping centers and restaurants. Friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast was just ok. No hot options except for waffles which you have to wait to make because there's only one. The pool area has barely any chairs to sit on outside and the hallways need to be vacuumed.

The wheelchair accessible room is not very large; you cannot make a full turning rotation in a power wheelchair. The restroom mirror is placed too high for wheelchair users.

Great place to stay and get shuttled to DFW while leaving your car at hotel. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond! We will definitely be staying here again.
