    We stayed one night on the way to DFW. The room was fine for an overnight, but the airport shuttle was misleading. I was dropping a family member at the airport, planning to help them through security, then return to the hotel. I asked about that scenario at check in and was told to sign up for the morning shuttle, which I did. I was told I would have to call for a return shuttle to the hotel and also noticed a sign at the front desk saying shuttle service every hour from 5 AM - 11PM. In the morning, we got on the shuttle and I asked about the return trip and was told there were no other shuttles scheduled for the morning returning to the hotel. I asked for a suggestion and was told to Uber back. I don't use Uber, so found this highly unhelpful. We ended up driving to the airport, but I was not at all satisfied with this misleading information.

    When we first checked in, the lady at the counter was rude. When we got our room, it smelled awful, the tiles in the bathroom were all loose and coming up, the carpet was torn and lifting up, and the air conditioning was making a bad ringing sound. When I asked the front desk lady to switch rooms, she said sorry all rooms sold out. She did say she could send a maintenance man in to fix sound coming from air conditioning. We had to leave for a scheduled dinner. When we returned to the room, the sound was still there. I called front desk and spoke with the new front desk guy and he was very helpful and sent us to another room. Way nicer than the lady on duty earlier. The room was better, but the air conditioning was still noisy (making humming, vibration noises) but no loud ringing noise. It was tolerable. Didn't get that well of sleep. The couch bed was uncomfortable for my children to sleep on, so we just had them sleep on the couch. The owner seriously needs to upgrade the rooms. The rooms we were in don't match the pictures they advertise. Very disappointed with this place.

    I booked 2 rooms, one was ok. The other one was bad, torn curtains, beat up furniture, mold in the washroom. I asked for a second room… even worse entire washroom ceiling was covered in black mold. I asked for another room, mold on the ceiling above the beds. Finally got a room, one bed studio on the ground floor that was fine.

    The pictures of this hotel were very misleading. When getting into our hotel room, the temperature was set to 79°. We had to get assistance because the AC was not working. They came up and changed the batteries and said that should fix the problem it took forever for the AC to cool the room down when you laid in the bed and looked at the ceiling. It looked there was possibly black mold at some point on the ceiling and some kind of patchwork was possibly done. You can see all different kinds of shades on the ceiling when you lay down in bed there was an odor as well in the room, thank goodness I did have a smell thing that I could change the smell of the room in the bathroom. There is a huge gap between the faucet and the wall this room needed some updates very disappointing to pay $100 for a hotel room that looks like this. I am very dissatisfied with this room and the misrepresentation of what the rooms looks like if I could’ve gave it a zero star I would have.

    There were bugs in the bed and all in the rooms in the showers. Then the front desk clerk gave a key out to a visitor to my room without my permission. I really would like a refund.

    The quick time from calling for a shuttle and the actual pick up is ... GREAT especially when your dead on your feet. The breakfast is superb as I've never seen the eggs in a Euro style in the buffet! The front seat staff is great and accommodating. NA
