Reviews
-
Great location, just not a well kept building. Easy things to fix not taken care of.
-
The parking is terrible!!! The elevator can only fit, 1 person and a bag. The lower level parking is muddy, mud all over my shoes. The comforter on the bed was dusty and dingy definitely not white looked unclean, so happy I had blankets in my car, it a no for me…
-
Very nice front desk people despite all that.

Clean

No wifi, no ice, no extra blanket.

The room was decent. Very sketchy location. The hotel does not have nearly enough parking for all the rooms there, so you have to pay to park in a separate unsecured lot next door with very poor lighting at night. A man staying there had his bike stolen right outside the entrance of the hotel in the garage area and the employees were so disinterested in helping him and said there were no cameras.
-
It was okay. Old hotel, but unexpensive.
-
no ice machine on any floor was working
-
Walking distance to Gainsbridge Field House without being excessively expensive for the location. Great Stay
-
Close to the Lucas, Stadium, and restaurants reasonably price Could have been cooler, drinks were warm in cooler

As for hygeine, one bed had stains on comforter. There bathroom was not cleaned that well, including an eye contact on the counter. The room smelled of cleaning product as if they sprayed and never wiped or over sprayed. Lastly, when we walked back from the Indiana Fever game, on their site parking lot, there was a prostitute negotiating her services with two people. Not the hotels fault but just speaks to the area. We reserved this room based on pictures which are always misleading, but this one for sure doesn’t match whatsoever. Pay the extra for something not so much on outskirts.

Location and employees were both excellent Stayed to warm in the room and room smelled like cigarettes
-
Passable
-
My room took a few minutes later to be ready but everything was impeccable, I didn't like that the charging station for electric cars didn't work the truth and well the elevator was also broken, but service, room, hotel location and breakfast were very good

Rooms were nice and maintained hotel was close to everything and staff was helpful

Staff was great at check in! Friendly and helpful! Elevator is SO SMALL. Like not sure how a person in a wheelchair could use it small. Like maybe 2 people with luggage, and claustrophobia inducing small. Room was ok stains (god I hope they were stains) on bed linen made me question cleanliness along with the obvious appearance that counters and table tops had not been wiped. Bathroom door would stick so out of fear of being stuck we had to leave it open. Room ac was struggling to keep it cool and the hallway was hot and muggy. Free breakfast was nice. Hotel was at capacity due to an event and the food went fast lol. Also I think it was a little farther than a 15 min walk to Lucas Oil probably more like 25 which is not a problem for most but for someone with mobility issues might make a difference.

-
The room smelled like smoke and the room was hot when we got there and took hours to cool down
